AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS
I, JOHN K. ALCANTARA, of legal age, Filipino, single and a
resident of Zone 3, Mercedes, Zamboanga City, Philippines, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose
and say:

1. That I know the person of Rap Rap Diutay, a resident of

Zone 4, Mercedes, this City, as we work as bagger/porter
and reside in the same place;

2. That sometime in June 2015, Rap Rap presented

himself while I was eating in the carinderia and
persuaded me to join his new modus operandi with
his friends. Curious, I asked him in our dialect, Cosa
ya tamen se Rap? which is loosely translated as
What is it now?. Excitingly he leaned towards me
and whispered __________ which is loosely
translated as You know, some easy money. He
even told me that it is the new trend at the present
and it will be my loss if I ignored it;

3. That while it seems convincing, I did not buy the idea

for personal reasons aside from the fact that the
same includes deceit which is contrary to my
personal morals;

4. That after the incident, he would bump into me

telling me the same tales but I blatantly ignored the
same. However, whenever we meet, he would
boastfully flash his money telling
___________________________ which is loosely
translated as You shouldve had this too;

5. That on January 17, 2015, at around 4:30 in the

afternoon, Rap Rap bumped into me. He was excited
because there was a shipping vessel from Malaysia
disembarking. He said to me, Its easy to deceive
and intimidate people not from here and laughed.

 He then proceeded to approach the exit gate (near
NBI) of the seaport;

6. That when passengers started to come, we met

them. I saw two (2) female passengers walking
hurriedly towards the exit one in her advance age
and the other young so I started towards them, but
Rap Rap beat me to them. Disappointed by the loss
of possible customer, I watched Rap Rap talk to them
and lead them towards the _____ tricycle of an
acquaintance, Harjado I. Buenbrazo; and

7. That when the tricycle was leaving with the two (2)
female passengers with Rap Rap with them, I got
slightly bothered but I did not mind it much because I
have my own task to perform and customers to look;
and

8. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of

the foregoing statement.
