NEED FOR THE TOPIC: Depository System

With the help of stockbrokers, the buyers and sellers participating in a stock market carry out
their transactions. The brokers representing selling parties take their orders to the stock exchange
floor and then find brokers representing parties willing to invest in similar stocks. If both parties
agree to trade at the fixed price, the transaction takes place. The prices of the stocks which are to
be listed and traded on the stock exchanges are set by a combination of factors.

STATISTICAL TECHNIQUES TO BE USED (If any)

Beta is used in Finance as a measure of investment portfolio risk.

PROPOSED METHODOLOGY

For the accomplishment of this project following steps are recommended:

STEP 1: UNDERSTANDING the product and detail study of the concept of depository system
STEP 2: This step is comprises of meeting with investors along with the NAM Securities
employees.
