bordering on a Distinction grade in regard to filming and the sheer amount of
teamwork, dedication and organisation you all put in to make this a reality.
However, this cannot be given as, you need to explain how you have used the
client feedback to make changed to the advertisement to meet this criteria (for a
Merit).
To improve to a Distinction grade you will need to do this and of course add a
screen at the end with the Bernados logo, helpline and details, possibly with a
voice over as the adverts just ends.
I would also record a voice over of the girl to play over some of the clips, so it is
more obvious that she is happy / anxious, as without this context it is difficult to
understand what is happening sometimes, it just looks like a collection of shots.
Have the voice over play out like a story.
You could add it to; the baking scene, the bedtime scene, park scene on the good
advert. On the bad advert Im not sure you need it in all places as there is
dialogue already.
The edit also needs tightening up in places. On the good advert the baking scene
could be shorter, the park scene needs to be edited a bit longer if possible. The
bad advert is better in regard to the editing, it works very well. Again, just add a
screen at the end.
Some excellent work, some of the better student advertising work Ive seen, but
in places just unfinished.
