Mission:
Here at Mary Queen of Saints Catholic Academy, when you enroll your child at MQSCA, you
enroll your whole family. We are dedicated to the involvement of the whole family and we
strive to continuously improve through family feedback, input, and engagement.

Recruit Students and Families to be part of our MQSCA Family

Marketing Documents outside of Posters to advertise MQSCA

Social Media/Internet Connect with Local Community Organizations
like

-The Y of Metropolitan Milwaukee

-Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Milwaukee
-Childrens Hospital of Wisconsin
-Catholic Charities
-Pull together team with Marketing Coordinators
from the 7 Churches that make up MQSCA group
-Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of
Milwaukee, Inc.

-Include MQSCA Mission and Vision on all

documents that are marketed
-Survey staff in terms of where staff members
live, use that information to ask each staff
member to take a stack of fliers, etc. to a local
job posting or bulletin board to increase
awareness of Seton

Internet tasks -Facebook Pages

-Research opportunities to advertise on Social
Media for a smaller cost
-Require leadership and staff to get Professional
Twitter Pages (possibly roll out plan for staff to
start featuring tweets with the #mqsca)

Start a Video series with topics like

Why Seton?
-Interview parents, students, current staff and
 leadership about why Seton is a great place to
work and send your students

Recruitment of students Door to door to give information

Connect with local grocery stores on marketing
opportunities
Centro Hispano la Gala (network opportunities
with Hispanic Milwaukee business to foster
alliances)
Enrollment Nights
Open House

Recruitment of Staff -Post Early on WECAN

-Post on Milwaukeejobs.com
-Start reaching out to Student Teaching
Placement coordinators at local colleges
(Marquette, Carroll University, UWM,
UW-Madison, WI Lutheran, Cardinal Stritch,
Alverno, Concordia of WI, Carthage,
UW-Parkside)
