Subject Application for Condonation of Delay in filing Medical Leave.

Respected Maam,

I, Avilash Kumbhar of B.B.A.LL.B 5th year bearing roll no. 2012/B.B.A.LL.B/015, am writing
this application to request you to allow me to submit my Medical Leave Application form by
today i.e. 04.03.2016. I was absent from campus and was at under medication for asthmatic
bronchitis. I arrived only on 02.03.2014. Hence I tried to get signature from all concerned
faculties as early as possible but I couldnt due to paucity of time. Moreover, prior to this
semester we were required to submit all our claims within 7 days of reaching the campus.

I was unable to attend my regular classes due to genuine medical treatment and I am such low
attendance for the 2nd time only (1st was in 1st semester). Hence, I request you to kindly consider
my application so that I get my leave application from faculties and submit it at the earliest.
