purchasing, manufacturing and pre-shipment process,

Vendor Expediting
With project deadline and schedules being calculated

Our expediters are experienced professionals who, by
virtue of their technical backgrounds, are able to
quickly verify progress against schedules, spot any
potential bottlenecks and point out any quality issues
that may lead to eventual delays.
Our expediters remain in close contact with the client
and, wherever possible, provide a verbal close out call

prior to leaving the works. During this call the client is
briefed on the results of the visit and a discussion
regarding continued activities. This ensures that the
client has the latest information available and if

capability audits to aid clients in the assessment and
selection of vendors, providing condence that the
vendors selected will be capable of delivering as
promised and that order placed will arrive on time and
as specied.
Mill Inspection & Surveillance
This service is carried out by specialist inspectors with
in-depth knowledge of forming, welding, NDT,
threading, coatings and loading. Either full or ad-hoc
support services are used to compliment the
expediting process covering all stages of manufacture
and testing.
Lifting Equipment Inspection
& Certication and Trainings
Astron Lifting Equipment inspection services
include Lifting appliance and Lifting Tackles and
can help you meet all associated regulatory
requirements, with independent inspection and
certication carried out in accordance with all
applicable Standards, codes, regulation and
engineering practices.
Astron provide training for the safe operation of
lifting equipment for Operators and Riggers
ensuring that they are capable of performing their
operations safely and competently before
