Notes

Costing is prepared after the discussion with Mr.Venkatesh Mudgerikar Sir, on 27th August 2016.

After the discussion it was decided, that we should construct a pine wood false ceiling as it will add on to the overall asthetics of the space.

Certain Decessions are based on saving the overall costing of the project.

Costing is a realistic costing, hence I have assumed some additional amount

An overall amount of Rs20000/- was reduced as we have already purchased some material, and that material will be used wherever possible.

Although the costing will seem too much, it has taken into consideration the asthetics of the space also,this will add on to the overall asthetic value
of the space.

I have Considered some very nominal overhead charges as it is impossible to project exact, accurate costing.
