Lisez attentivement les termes et conditions du présent contrat de licence avant
d'utiliser ou de charger le présent logiciel et tout le matériel associé (appel
és collectivement le "logiciel"). L'utilisation ou le chargement du logiciel con
stitue une acceptation des termes du présent contrat. En cas de refus de ces ter
mes, n'installez pas le logiciel et ne l'utilisez pas.
Autre remarque importante :
* Si vous êtes fabricant de matériel d'origine (OEM), fournisseur de matériel in
dépendant (IHV) ou fournisseur de logiciel indépendant (ISV), l'ensemble du prés
ent CONTRAT DE LICENCE s'applique.
* Si vous êtes utilisateur final, seul le document A, ACCORD DE LICENCE DU LOGIC
IEL INTEL, s'applique.
Pour OEM, IHV et ISV:
LICENCE. La licence de ce logiciel est accordée pour une utilisation exclusive d
e ce dernier avec des composants Intel. L'utilisation de ce logiciel avec des co
mposants n'appartenant pas à Intel n'est pas couverte par la présente licence. S
ous réserve des modalités de cet accord, Intel vous concède une licence non excl
usive, incessible, valide dans le monde entier et entièrement payée vous autoris
ant à:
a) utiliser, modifier et copier le logiciel en interne, à vos propres fi
ns de développement et de maintenance ;
b) modifier, copier et distribuer le logiciel, y compris les travaux qui
en sont dérivés, à vos utilisateurs finals, mais uniquement en vertu d'un accor
d de licence dont les modalités sont au moins aussi restrictives que celles de l
'accord de licence de l'utilisateur final Intel, ci-joint à titre de document A
; et
c) modifier, copier et distribuer la documentation de l'utilisateur fina
l qui peut accompagner le logiciel, mais uniquement avec le logiciel.
Si vous n'êtes pas le fabricant ou fournisseur final d'un système informatique o
u d'un programme intégrant le logiciel, vous pouvez transférer une copie du logi
ciel, y compris les travaux qui en sont dérivés (et la documentation connexe de
l'utilisateur final), à une tierce partie qui pourra l'utiliser conformément aux
modalités du présent accord, à condition qu'elle accepte pleinement d'être liée
par celles-ci. Sauf dans le cas présenté précédemment, vous n'êtes pas habilité
à céder, concéder en vertu d'une sous-licence, louer, transférer ni divulguer l
e logiciel à un tiers quelconque. Vous ne pouvez pas décompiler, ou désassembler
le logiciel ou le soumettre à un processus d'ingénierie à rebours.
Sauf mention expresse dans le présent accord, aucun droit ni licence ne vous est
accordé de manière directe ou tacite, par incitation, par forclusion ou autreme
nt. Intel se réserve le droit d'inspecter ou de faire inspecter par un vérificat
eur indépendant tous vos dossiers pertinents afin de vérifier si vous respectez
les modalités et conditions du présent accord.
CONFIDENTIALITÉ. Si vous désirez qu'un conseiller ou sous-traitant tiers (ci-apr
ès dénommé "entrepreneur") exécute pour vous des travaux nécessitant l'utilisati
on du logiciel ou l'accès à ce dernier, vous devez obtenir de l'entrepreneur une
convention écrite de confidentialité dont les modalités et les obligations rela
tives à l'accès au logiciel et à son utilisation sont au moins aussi restrictive
s que celles du présent accord, et qui excluent tout droit de distribution et d'
utilisation à d'autres fins.
Par ailleurs, vous n'êtes pas habilité à divulguer les modalités ou l'existence
de cet accord ni à utiliser le nom Intel dans des publications, des publicités o
u d'autres annonces sans obtenir l'autorisation écrite préalable d'Intel. Vous n
e pouvez pas utiliser les marques commerciales d'Intel.
PROPRIÉTÉ DU LOGICIEL ET DROITS D'AUTEUR. Les droits sur toutes les copies du lo
giciel demeurent la propriété d'Intel ou de ses fournisseurs. Le logiciel est so

RÉSILIATION DU PRÉSENT ACCORD. Intel peut dénoncer le présent accord à tout mome
nt en cas de violation des dispositions qu'il contient. Le cas échéant, vous ête
s tenu de procéder à la destruction immédiate du logiciel ou d'en renvoyer tous
les exemplaires à Intel.
DROIT APPLICABLE. Les litiges nés du présent accord sont régis par les lois de l
'État de Californie, sans tenir compte des principes de conflit de lois et de la
Convention des Nations Unies sur les accords de vente de marchandises. Vous ne
pouvez pas exporter le logiciel en contravention des lois et règlements en vigue
ur sur l'exportation. Intel n'est lié par aucun autre accord, à moins que ce der
nier soit sous forme écrite et signé par un représentant agréé d'Intel.

titue une acceptation des termes du présent accord. En cas de refus de ces terme
s, n'installez pas le logiciel et ne l'utilisez pas.
LICENCE. Vous pouvez copier le logiciel sur un seul ordinateur pour une utilisat
ion personnelle et non commerciale et en effectuer une copie de sauvegarde, sous
réserve des conditions suivantes :
1. La licence de ce logiciel est accordée pour une utilisation exclusive de ce d
ernier avec des composants Intel. L'utilisation de ce logiciel avec des composan
ts n'appartenant pas à Intel n'est pas couverte par la présente licence.
2. Vous ne pouvez pas copier, modifier, louer, vendre, distribuer ou transférer

Do not use or load this software and any associated materials (collectively, the
"Software") until you have carefully read the following terms and conditions. B
y loading or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If yo
u do not wish to so agree, do not install or use the Software.
Please Also Note:
* If you are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Independent Hardware Vend
or (IHV), or Independent Software Vendor (ISV), this complete LICENSE AGREEMENT
applies;
* If you are an End-User, then only Exhibit A, the INTEL SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEM
ENT, applies.
For OEMs, IHVs, and ISVs:
LICENSE. This Software is licensed for use only in conjunction with Intel compon
ent products. Use of the Software in conjunction with non-Intel component produ
cts is not licensed hereunder. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Intel gra
nts to you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, worldwide, fully paid-up license und
er Intel's copyrights to:
a) use, modify and copy Software internally for your own development and
maintenance purposes; and
b) modify, copy and distribute Software, including derivative works of t
he Software, to your end-users, but only under a license agreement with terms at
least as restrictive as those contained in Intel's Final, Single User License A
greement, attached as Exhibit A; and
c) modify, copy and distribute the end-user documentation which may acco
mpany the Software, but only in association with the Software.
If you are not the final manufacturer or vendor of a computer system or software
program incorporating the Software, then you may transfer a copy of the Softwar
e, including derivative works of the Software (and related end-user documentatio
n) to your recipient for use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, pro
vided such recipient agrees to be fully bound by the terms hereof. You shall no
t otherwise assign, sublicense, lease, or in any other way transfer or disclose
Software to any third party. You shall not reverse- compile, disassemble or othe
rwise reverse-engineer the Software.
Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, no license or right is granted to
you directly or by implication, inducement, estoppel or otherwise. Intel shall
have the right to inspect or have an independent auditor inspect your relevant r
ecords to verify your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement
.
CONFIDENTIALITY. If you wish to have a third party consultant or subcontractor (
"Contractor") perform work on your behalf which involves access to or use of Sof
tware, you shall obtain a written confidentiality agreement from the Contractor
which contains terms and obligations with respect to access to or use of Softwar
e no less restrictive than those set forth in this Agreement and excluding any d
istribution rights, and use for any other purpose.
Otherwise, you shall not disclose the terms or existence of this Agreement or us
e Intel's name in any publications, advertisements, or other announcements witho
ut Intel's prior written consent. You do not have any rights to use any Intel t
rademarks or logos.
OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE AND COPYRIGHTS. Title to all copies of the Software remain
s with Intel or its suppliers. The Software is copyrighted and protected by the
laws of the United States and other countries, and international treaty provisio
ns. You may not remove any copyright notices from the Software. Intel may make c
hanges to the Software, or to items referenced therein, at any time and without
notice, but is not obligated to support or update the Software. Except as otherw
ise expressly provided, Intel grants no express or implied right under Intel pat
ents, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. You may tra
nsfer the Software only if the recipient agrees to be fully bound by these terms
and if you retain no copies of the Software.
LIMITED MEDIA WARRANTY. If the Software has been delivered by Intel on physical
media, Intel warrants the media to be free from material physical defects for a
period of ninety (90) days after delivery by Intel. If such a defect is found, r
eturn the media to Intel for replacement or alternate delivery of the Software a
s Intel may select.
EXCLUSION OF OTHER WARRANTIES. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDE
D "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANT
IES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. I
ntel does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness
of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the So
ftware.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL INTEL OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR
ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS IN
TERRUPTION OR LOST INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE TH
E SOFTWARE, EVEN IF INTEL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. S
OME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR IMPLIED WARR
ANTIES OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT A
PPLY TO YOU. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO
JURISDICTION.
TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. Intel may terminate this Agreement at any time if
you violate its terms. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy the Softw
are or return all copies of the Software to Intel.
APPLICABLE LAWS. Claims arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the la
ws of California, excluding its principles of conflict of laws and the United Na
tions Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods. You may not export the Soft
ware in violation of applicable export laws and regulations. Intel is not obliga
ted under any other agreements unless they are in writing and signed by an autho
rized representative of Intel.
GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The Software is provided with "RESTRICTED RIGHTS."
Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as
set forth in FAR52.227-14 and DFAR252.227-7013 et seq. or their successors. Use
of the Software by the Government constitutes acknowledgment of Intel's proprie
tary rights therein. Contractor or Manufacturer is Intel Corporation, 2200 Missi
on College Blvd., Santa Clara, CA 95052.

n one user.
5. The Software may contain the software or other property of third party suppli
ers, some of which may be identified in, and licensed in accordance with, any en

APPLY TO YOU. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM JURISDICTION
TO JURISDICTION.
TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. Intel may terminate this Agreement at any time if
you violate its terms. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy the Softw
are or return all copies of the Software to Intel.
APPLICABLE LAWS. Claims arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the la
ws of California, excluding its principles of conflict of laws and the United Na
tions Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods. You may not export the Soft
ware in violation of applicable export laws and regulations. Intel is not obliga
ted under any other agreements unless they are in writing and signed by an autho
rized representative of Intel.
GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The Software is provided with "RESTRICTED RIGHTS."
Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as
set forth in FAR52.227-14 and DFAR252.227-7013 et seq. or their successors. Use
of the Software by the Government constitutes acknowledgment of Intel's proprie
tary rights therein. Contractor or Manufacturer is Intel Corporation, 2200 Missi
on College Blvd., Santa Clara, CA 95052.
