(What Happened?)
At 6:35 joined the teachers
fellowship and their one of the
teacher asked what other people
think about UPH college?.
Before start to teach teacher did
devotion with the students even
though some of from different
religion they enjoyed the devotion.
Before class start, teacher took a
quiz just for their understanding. He
told students to do it by their selves.

I think it is good to have fellowship before start their job. Because it
reminds people that God is always with us. In fellowship time when
teacher asked the question about UPH college, one of the teacher
answered UPH college is the Christian College so teacher need to teach
students also from Bible. Yes, as a Christian we must preach the gospel to
students because in UPH college some of are from Buddhist and Muslims
background. In future, I will also remind to my other teacher as a
Christian teacher we must preach the gospel to our students because Jesus
came, Died and resurrected for everyone.
I think this is the good way to preach the gospel. I think, in the classroom
even students are not Christian they close their eyes and prayed and they
also enjoyed the Christian song. In future, I will do devotion with
Christian song because Christian song also can change people perspective
to the God. I will do devotion not always, but twice a week because in
Nepal most of the people are Buddhist and Hindu. So, if I do every day
then their parents think teacher only focus to Christian religion rather
than academic things.
I like the way how teacher begins his class with the quiz. Which is help
students to remind what they learned in previous class. The class went
well, because students were so interesting to give answers of questions.
Both teacher and students were engaging with each other, but some
student looks so lazy to give answers. In future, I will apply this
technique to start my class because it helps students to recall their
understanding and teacher will know students capacity to learn. In
International Teachers college, also some of the teacher take quiz from
reading. Which encourage to read more carefully.
