Mission
To educate, train and provide our graduates with appropriate and excellent professional intellect ,
kolnowledge and skill, competent and courgeous in mans search for peace, prosperity and world
harmony.
Vision
The premiere institution furthering the excellent transfortation of the human intellect pillard on
discipline, integrity and service to empower its graduates with provided knoledge totally
responsive to our hopes and aspiration as Filipinos and as prominent citizens of the global
community.
Lyceum of the East Aurora was established with the noble mission of helping the younger people
of aurora secure their future by providing opportunities ad chances if quality and affordable
college and technical vocational education while being closer to their homes and families.
Envisioned to be a premier higher institution learning in aurora, its vision emphasizes the values
of integrity, discipline and service, as its core values in providing excellent education to the poor
but deserving youth in the provice. The enormous cost of sending students to urban centers outside
the province restrict parents and siblingsnin providing the cheaper and more accessible venues for
them to earn appropriate degrees to secure their futures.
Initially, the family took over the operation of Lyceum of the East, a newly opened institution in
Baler, Aurora in May 2011 after a transfer of rights/sell out by the original board of trustees. The
college was operating and offering the Bs. Accountancy program and Computer Hardware
Servicing authorized by Tesda. LE was operating from a operating from the rented facility, The
BG plaza of recto cor. Burgos Sts. Pob. Baler Aurora. The family later learned the original ownera
were operating without an approved permit from the higher Commission on Higher education and
realized the biggest problem of LE was its credibility.
Determined to persue a personal commitment to help poor but deserving students, Engr. Jaime
Gose aproached ched, who new the situation and status of LE, but the former management
completely ignor their order to stop operation. Withe the paramount commitment to comply with
all the ched requirement regarding the stablishedment and operation of a higher education
institution , LE field a new application for a permit to offer Bs. Accountancy, which was given due
course by the agency, and with the kindest assistant and encourgement of the former Regional
Director, Dr. Virginia Akiate, CESO IV, the permit to operate was issued on May 24, 2011.
Former accountacy students were enrolled as freshmen again, and will be graduating as
transferees to LEA in March 2016.
Since the family at that time was erecting a residential coum office building at a family owned
property in brgy. Florida Ma. Aurora, LE Board of Trustess endorsed the establishment of a new
school at the site. LEA was formally organized in August 8, 2011 and incorporated in Oct. 5, 2011,
with SEC registration No. CN200117532. Formal applications to operate degree were filed with
CHED immediately thereafter. The permits of operate were aproved and released on april 26,2012,
offering three (3) flagship course, Bs.Tourism Mangement, Bs. Entrepeneurship and Bs.
Accounting Technology.
Even then, as a flegling institution, LEA envisions itself to be the center of quality but accessible
college education in the province of Aurora, raising the bar insofar as education excellence is
concerned. The administration would like the college to be the principal point of access for people
with talents and ambitions, from which aurora economic prowess and strenght will emanate, will
be seen as one of the country's great intellectually treasure institutions in the region, a repository
of our rich cultural heritage, a cauldron of discovery and a marketplace of ideas in the fields of
higher learning.

It is administered and controlled by the National Police Commission and is part of the Department
of the Interior and Local Government (DILG). Local Police officers are operationally controlled
by municipal mayors (except during the 30 days immediately preceding and following any
national, local and barangay elections. During these periods, the local police forces are under the
supervision and control of the Commission on Elections). DILG, on the other hand, organizes,
trains and equips the PNP for the performance of police functions as a police force that is national
in scope and civilian in character.
The PNP was formed on January 29, 1991 when the Philippine Constabulary and the Integrated
National Police were merged pursuant to Republic Act 6975 of 1990.[
The common history of the police forces of the Philippines can be traced back to the reigns of the
pre-Hispanic lakans, datus and sultans in the islands, where soldiers who served in the
communities where the people lived (and which reported directly to local leaders) also enforced
local laws. All changed with the arrival of the Spanish rule and the introduction of Western law to
the archipelago. Until 1868, personnel of the Spanish army and local militias were also tasked
with policing duties in local communities, together with the Island Carabiniers (raised 1768 and
the colony's first ever police service). In that year, the local branch of the Civil Guard was
officially established by order of then Governor-General Carlos Mara de la Torre y Nava Cerrada.
Starting from a single division, during the Revolutionary period it grew into a corps of military
police with detachments in Luzon and the Visayas, and was notorious for its abuses against
Filipinos. (These abuses were mentioned in Jos Rizal's two novels, Noli Me Tngere and El
filibusterismo, both writing about several cases of Civil Guardsmen abusing the local populace.)
With the beginning of American rule and the PhilippineAmerican War, the Philippine
Constabulary (PC) was raised in 1901 as a national gendarmerie force for law enforcement,
directly reporting to the American government. At the same time, what is now the Manila Police
District came into existence as the Philippines' first city police force. Later police forces began to
model the US departments.
The PC was later integrated into the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Philippines in the late
1930s - first as a command of the Army, and later on its own after the State Police folded. (The
PC's personnel would later be fighting on both sides in the Second World War.)
Passed on December 13, 1990, Republic Act No. 6975, the Department of the Interior and Local
Government Act of 1990, ordered the merger of both the Philippine Constabulary and the
Integrated National Police and formally created the Philippine National Police. R.A. 6975 was
further amended by R.A. 8551, the Philippine National Police Reform and Reorganization Act of
1998, and by R.A. 9708. The R.A. 8551 envisioned the PNP to be a community- and service-
oriented agency.
Everyday in Maria Aurora police station we conduct formation at about 8 am before they
deployed us in our duty. SPO4 Alfredo Corpuz and SPO1 Marnelly Amatorio oriented us about
what we fi while we are in their jurisdiction. Maam Marnelly Amatorio is the officer in charge to
the intern. Before we go home in the afternoon we also conduct formation to ask the permission to
leave . We Check the plate, engine, chasis and MTOP number and branch of motors and also

morning and we join to the police as one of their OJT.
WEEK 2
Mission
The prosecution service as the vanguard of the rights of the people through ethical, impartial, and
efficient investigation and prosecution of criminal cases.
Vision
A prosecution service composed of highly professionalized, committed, competent and morally
upright public servants who enjoy the full trust and confidence of people.

Diligence, Initiative, patience, cooperation, obedience and understanding.
Prosecutor
Revolutionary Assembly in Naic, Cavite on April 17,
1897. The Department of Grace and Justice was task with
the establishment of regime of law in the Republic, with
Severino de las Alas at the helm. The department,
however, was not included in Pres. Aguimaldos Biak-na-
Bato Cabinet, which was established in November 1887.
Shortly after the proclamation of independence on
June 12, 1898, President Emilio Aguinaldo resurrected the
department as the Department of Justice via a September
26, 1898 decree. The department, however, disappeared
again in Pres. Aguinaldos Cabinet upon the proclamation
of the First Republic in 1899.
After the American occupation a year later, the
military government established the Office of the
Attorney of the Supreme Court. On June 11, 1901, it was
renamed the Office of the Attorney General and on
September 1 of the same year, the office became the
Department of Finance and Justice. In 1916, the
department became a separate entity (once again the
Department of Justice) by virtue of the Jones Law, and
was given administrative supervision over all courts of
first instance and other inferior courts.
Under the Japanese occupation, the department
became the Commission of Justice, and later the Ministry
of Justice upon the proclamation of the Second Philippine
Republic in 1943. After the countrys liberation from the
Japanese force near the end of World War II, the restored
Commonwealth government re-activated the Department.
Soon, the Supreme Court under the then 1973
Constitution took over administrative supervision of all
lower courts from the DOJ. The succeeding 1987
Constitution upheld it.
It became the Ministry of Justice once more in 1973
during Martial Law, continuing in that form until 1987,
when the return to a Presidential form of government as
mandated by the 1987 Constitution transformed all
ministries back to department.
