Function

Within a decade of its inception, U.S. India Consulting has evolved as a fully integrated practice of
Deloitte U.S. Consulting, and a global delivery hub for DTTL member firms. Built around three core
capabilities advisory, implementation, and managed services, the practice has a pool of high-
caliber, industry-focused professionals, engaged on a number of global engagements, across three
service areas: Human Capital (HC), Strategy and Operations (S&O) and Technology.

To be a mission critical component of the U.S. organization playing a key role in helping clients
build value through insights, innovation and experience.

Deloitte Support Services India Pvt Ltd. (Enabling Areas (EA)) at the U.S. India offices are the
support arm of the organization and comprise several groups including Talent, Technology, Finance,
Communications, Field Operations, etc. EA gives every client-service business unit access to the best
and brightest resources when it comes to support services. More specifically, EA enables the
business units to solely focus on satisfying clients and developing new products and services to
sustain competitive advantage, while they consolidate and standardize a diverse collection of
systems, processes, and functions. The team provides a wide array of services to the U.S and India
professionals, and is continually evaluating and expanding its portfolio.

Deloitte AERS India Pvt. Ltd

A Collaborative Venture between Deloitte & Touche LLP and Deloitte Haskins & Sells (India), U.S.
India AERS provides audit and advisory services under remote service delivery model to DTTL
member firms. The Audit & Enterprise Risk Services practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP is dedicated to
helping organizations manage risk, improve operational performance, and maximize enterprise value.
We bring a business mindset combined with deep technical knowledge and extensive industry
experience to creatively address business issues across the full spectrum of accounting, financial
instrument valuation, security and privacy, governance, process improvement, data analytics, and risk
advisory disciplines.

Deloitte FAS India Pvt Ltd.

Overview

Established back in 2004, U.S. India FAS plays an integral part in helping your clients navigate critical
transactions and business events. Based in Hyderabad, the U.S. India FAS team members serve
U.S. FAS, Global Member Firms and other Deloitte functions. The team supports all FAS service
lines, and is comprises of seasoned practitioners with hands-on experience working on engagements
throughout the world. U.S. India FAS professionals work on client projects in many of Deloittes key
industries, supporting a 24/7 model, and providing the scale and flexibility that allows project teams to
fully capitalize on their engagement opportunities.

Mission

Our mission is to move towards a Global Center of Excellence model, whereby our success with the
U.S. FAS practice will extend to global member firms, enabling the U.S. and member firms to develop

Overview

As a member of integrated teams across the US and Indian geographies, you will play a key role in
the delivery of client engagements. You will be involved throughout the project life cycle, adding the
most value during the problem structuring and analysis phases. Depending on the assignment, your
role could be end-to-end across the project life cycle or through a subset of the project phases that
cover Pre-Sales, Proposal Development, Sales Execution, Client Kick-off, Tag-Team Deliverable
Development and Final Recommendation.

As part of the analysis phase of the engagement, you will conduct fact-based research, by gathering,
organizing and synthesizing information to develop key insights. Additionally, you will conduct
complex financial and business analysis to contribute to client recommendations.

On an execution basis, you will conduct primary client interviews and workshops, collating the
information gathered in this way with client data as well as third party data obtained through
secondary research. Leading from the analysis of this data, you will contribute to the development
and refinement of hypotheses and the creation of client recommendations. Typical work threads you
would be expected to develop and manage would include: client current profitability, analysis of the
market and understanding the trends, competitive landscaping, financial modeling, industry
predictions, developing and recommending for cost savings, and creating recommendations for
revenue enhancement, suggesting future growth / market strategies, and developing client roadmap.
