LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

OLIVIA AMBROSSIO DICAPRIO

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, OLIVIA AMBROSSIO DICAPRIO, Filipino, of legal age, widow of ADAM DICAPRIO,

born on the 22nd day of December, 1957, and a resident of Poblacion, Anda, Bohol,
Philippines, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not acting under
undue influence, violence, fraud, or intimidation of whatever kind, do by these
presents declare this to be my Last Will and Testament which I have caused to be
written in English, the language which is known to me. And I hereby declare that:

I. I desire that my remains be buried according to the rites of the Roman Catholic of
Church and with dignity suitable to my circumstances;

II. I give and bequeath to my friend and business partner, WINONA LIMA SOLOMON,
half of my shares in our company, Olivias Secret Company;

III. I give and bequeath to my personal assistant and secretary KYLIE JENNER and
KENDAL JENNER, respectively, my deposit accounts at COLUMBIA SAVINGS BANK of
Englishtown, New Jersey, USA under Checking Account No. 001-123456789-000 and
Savings Account No. 9876543210, in equal share;

III. I give and bequeath to my children, PHILIPPE AMBROSSIO DICAPRIO of Houston,

Texas, USA, with SSS No. 143589725 and SEBASTIAN AMBROSSIO DICAPRIO of
Freehold, New Jersey, USA, with SSS No. 142887365, both naturalized American
Citizens, of legal ages, and both married, all my other properties, real or personal,
whatsoever and wheresoever located, in equal share;

IV. I designate my son PHILIPPE AMBROSSIO DICAPRIO, the sole executor of this my
Last Will and Testament, and in his default or incapacity, my other son SEBASTIAN
AMBROSSIO DICAPRIO, to act in his stead;

IV. I hereby acknowledge my sons, PHILIPPE AMBROSSIO DICAPRIO who was born on
October 15, 1970 and SEBASTIAN AMBROSSIO DICAPRIO who was born on August
31, 1974, to be my true, natural and legitimate children;

V. I hereby direct that the executor named herein or his lawful substitute should serve
without bond;

VI. I hereby revoke any and all my other wills, codicils, or testamentary dispositions
heretofore executed, signed, or published, or alleged to have been executed, signed or
published by me.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 24th day of September
2013 in the City of Tagbilaran, Bohol, Philippines.

ATTESTATION CLAUSE

We, the undersigned witnesses, whose residences are stated opposite our respective
names, do hereby certify: That the testator, OLIVIA AMBROSSIO DICAPRIO has
published unto us the foregoing will consisting of two (2) pages numbered correlatively
in letters on the upper part of each page, as her Last Will and Testament and has
signed the same and every page hereof, on the left margin, in our joint presence and
we, in turn, at her request have witnessed and signed the same and every page
thereof, on the left margin, in the presence of the testator and in the presence of each
and all of us.

JOINT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BEFORE ME, Notary Public, for and in the City of Tagbilaran, Bohol, Philippines, this
24th day of November 2016, personally appeared:

The testator, OLIVIA AMBROSSIO DICAPRIO with Passport No. ECA4258770 issued
on October 27, 2005 at DFA, Cebu;

Witness, MIRANDA HADID, with SSS No. 06-1354286-1, issued by the Social Security
System of the Philippines;

Witness, CANDICE VALDEZ, with SSS No. 06-2298437-1, issued by the Social
Security System of the Philippines;

Witness, ADRIANA LIMA, with SSS No. 06-2298048-5, issued by the Social Security
System of the Philippines;

all known to me to be the same persons who signed the foregoing Will, the first as
testator and the last three as instrumental witnesses, and they respectively
acknowledged to me that they signed the same as their own free act the deed.
This Will consists of two (2) pages, including the page on which this acknowledgment
in written, and has been signed on the left margin of each and every page thereof by
the testator and his witnesses, and sealed with my notarial seal.
