System Summary: the proposed software system for Hotel Reservation will be used by four
different types of users:

Admin
Manager
Guest
Receptionist

The proposed software system needs to provide the following functionalities to admin:

Allow a admin to view, add, and update the employee

Allow a admin to view, add, and update the room
Allow a admin to view, add, and update the room type

The proposed software system needs to provide the following functionalities to Manager:

Allow a manager to view and print the report of guest.

Allow a manager to view and print the report of employee.
Allow a manager to view and print the report of reservation.
Allow a manager to view and print the report of room.
Allow a manager to view and print the report of check in.
Allow a manager to view and print the report of check out.
Allow a manager to view and print the report of bill.

The proposed software system needs to provide the following functionalities to Receptionist:

Allow a receptionist to view, add, and update the guest.

Allow a receptionist to view, add, and update the reservation.
Allow a receptionist to add and view the the bill.
Allow a receptionist to add check in and check out.
