Gardner Denver Inc. has acquired nash_elmo Industries, LLC. A new Company known as Gardner
Denver Nash LLC has been formed, with the Gardner Denver Liquid Ring Pump Division Head Office
being located in Trumbull, Connecticut, USA. This Company has manufacturing facilities throughout
the world, including Germany, Brazil and China. M/s Millennium Impex Pvt. Ltd., PT 62/6, Kalka Ji,
New Delhi 110 019, India are our exclusive representatives in India for the Power Industry. They are
authorized to import and resell parts from our Group Companies for supply to Indian Power Plants.

M/s Gardner Denver Nash LLC will not be responsible for the performance of any pumps, if the spares
are purchased from any other Company, as M/s Gardner Denver Nash LLC has not authorized any
other Company to supply spares for Nash or Elmo Vacuum Pumps.
