DESCRIPTION
The semi-automatic filling station is designed for big-bags with
filling spout and 4 loops which hang the Big Bag.
The filler is made in a sturdy structure and has a round a platform
with ladder. The spout and the hooks are placed at a comfortable
height for the operator to facilitate the engagement of the loops and
the filling spout. Rear hooks approach to the operator at the time of
placing the Big Bag. The spout may optionally be able to fold towards
the operator to facilitate placement of the spout of the Big Bag.
Thereafter, the spout and hooks climb to a height where the Big Bag
is fully hanged during filling. Control is via a touch screen for weight
control and general management. The cycle of filling and removal of
the Big Bag is fully automatic. The working height at the level of the
rollers is very comfortable for the operator.
Operating cycle:
The operator hangs up the empty big bag in the spout and 4 loops
Automatic filling cycle starts on the control panel and up the big
bag and mouth.
The weigher controls the flow of product from the belt, screw or
valve that supplies the product to the filler by means of two
electrical signals that activate a coarse or fine flow for an accurate
weighing.
The big bag becomes detached when it has dropped to the
transport height and it will be transported by rollers on a pallet or
belts at the exit of the machine.
