 St. Lazarus in Brazil Latest Actions and Projects

Following the guidelines and standards implemented internationally by the United Grand
Priories of the Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem and by the Lazarus Union
CSLI, and the seriousness and transparency adopted by the Order Saint Lazarus Brazil, we send
our report of activities with the major activities:

- Books Donation

On January 6, 2015, the Group of Belo Horizonte from CSLI-St. Lazarus

Order Brazil donated 70 books to Abrigo Vov Dudu.

This entity located in the State capital serves more than 150 daily and
daily kids.

To encourage reading is one of the best instruments for improving the

country. Congratulations to the group for this action that is aligned to our
values and goals.

- Donation in Rio de Janeiro

The Agnus Dei Commandery of Rio de Janeiro in the Grand Priory of Brazil of the Hospitaller
Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem, in partnership with the OSTI-CIRCES, conducted on the
February 10th, 2015, the donation of food, hygiene products, toys and clothes to the CELPI-
Costura e Lactrio Pr-Infncia located in the city of Rio de Janeiro.

They collected and donated: 4 boxes of corn starch, 10 kg of beans, 10 kg of sugar, 7 cans of milk
powder, 5 kg of flour, 6 liters of soybean oil, 5 packages of pasta, 10 kg of rice, 10 bales of toilet
paper, 19 bars of soap and 3 large bags with toys and clothes.

- Food Donation

The delegation of Jundia of the Order Saint Lazarus Brazil Lazarus

Union International, on the February 19th, 2015, donated food to
needy entities of their region.
- Investiture Ceremony

On March 7, 2015, the Grand Priory of Brazil held its Annual Solemn
Ceremony of Chivalric Investiture, Promotion and Award. This
ceremony took place in the church of St. Augustine, So Paulo.

We had the honor and the pleasure to have the Band of the City Guards
of So Paulo to assure the musical part of the ceremony and we received
several delegations from various associations and organizations who
share our humanitarian, charitable, philanthropic, egalitarian and
humanistic ideals.

The Honorable ranks of the Grand Priory of Brazil of the Hospitaller

Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem received new members and
recognized not only the actions of its members through promotions and
decorations, but also honored and awarded some of the more than
1,800 worthy volunteers that belong to the Corps Saint Lazarus
International in Brazil.

It is in moments like these, when we open our hearts and our doors to
all, when the devotion and humility of each one of those involved in this
project is evident, and when we effectively put our true Christian values
on the spot and we leave aside any petty or personal issues related to
disputes for power and ego.

Congratulations to all involved and a big thanks to everyone who

showed up and gave us happiness to share with us these moments.

- Oral Hygiene Kits

During the solemn ceremony, the Commandery of So Paulo of the

Grand Priory of Brazil of the Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of
Jerusalem, which from this date comes into remodeling, donated 200
oral hygiene kits that will be aimed at awareness campaigns with the
children.
- Clothes Donation

The Commandery of So Paulo of the Grand Priory of Brazil of the

Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem, through its delegation
of Jundiai, collected clothes and food during the months of February
and March 2015.

All the collected goods were donated to the shelter elderly home Casa
Santa Marta in Jundia-SP .

- Commandery of So Paulo Meeting

On the April 12th, the Commandery of So Paulo of the Grand Priory of Brazil of the Hospitaller
Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem held its first meeting to deal with its remodeling.

Many issues were discussed and the national command believes that the
new directions are well outlined in relation to the objectives and goals
of the Grand Priory as a whole.

- Encouragement Public

On April the 18th, 2015, to Order Saint Lazarus Brazil - Lazarus Union
International participated as a special guest of the general assembly of
the Encouragement Public in France.

The Encouragement Public is an organization founded in 1932, with the

objective of analyze and distinguish those who act with unselfishness,
individually or through associations, and to recognize the men and
women who take care of the needy, in the most different forms.

The general assembly happened at the prestigious military school (cole

Militaire) in Paris and was followed by a ceremony of granting of awards.
- Donation of Books and Magazines

On the April 20th, 2015, the Group Belo Horizonte of CSLI - Order Saint
Lazarus Brazil made the delivery of 55 books and 15 magazines to the library
Tia Cl, in the neighborhood Jardim Alvorada in Belo Horizonte.

This work aims to assist the children of this

community by encouraging reading, and are in full
alignment with the goals and objectives of the
National and international Command of the Order of
Saint Lazarus and of the Lazarus Union.

- Reception of the Banner of the Holy Ghost

On the April 18, 2015, the representation of

Penha do Itapocori Santa Catarina of the
Order Saint Lazarus Brazil Corps Saint Lazare
International Body participated in the
Reception ceremony of the banner of the Holy
Spirit.

To participate in events such as these approaches us not only the local community, but also
rescues our history and our religious roots.

- Joan of Arc Celebrations - Orlans

In another exceptional participation abroad, the Order

Saint Lazarus Brazil had the honor of being invited to
celebrate the holidays of Joan of Arc, in the city of
Orlans (first city that the Saint Warrior helped release
from the English in 1429).

There were more than 10 days of tributes, celebrations, history and memory, to which we are
now also connected.

- Civil Protection Forum - Brussels

Between May 6th and 7th, 2015, the Order Saint Lazarus Brazil - Lazarus Union
International participated, through a delegation, on International Civil
Protection Forum that took place in the European Parliament in Brussels -
Belgium.
- Patch CSLI Brazil

In May 2015, the International Command of Corps Saint Lazarus

International (CSLI) in Vienna, recognizing the efforts, the seriousness
and value of the actions of the Order Saint Lazarus Brazil Lazarus
Union Brazil, created a special "patch" that will be offered in special
conditions to our members.

For the first time the International Command allows and creates a special patch for a country,
which proves our seriousness and the appreciation of our commitment at the international
level.

- Leisure Street - Arcanjos

On the last may 2nd, the Arcanjos Solidrios of Bambu, a member of the CSLI Order Saint
Lazarus Brazil, organized a "leisure Street" where they received 90 children and put in place
several activities.

Among these activities, there was a lecture on oral hygiene and

dental hygiene kits distribution for children. These kits were
offered by the Commandery of So Paulo of the Grand Priory
of Brazil of the Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of
Jerusalem and allowed the teaching of the correct methods of
oral health and hygiene.

We congratulate everyone involved in the action that is

aligned with our charitable and humanitarian ideals.

- Santa Casa da Misericrdia SP

The Order Saint Lazarus Brazil - Lazarus Union International,

through its Commandery of So Paulo, conducted a humanitarian
action towards the unit of the Santa Casa de Misericrdia de So
Paulo in the neighborhood of Vila Mariana.

This unit handles with psychiatric cases in an emergency basis and

in long stay basis, everything at no cost. The unit is subsidized by SUS
and by donations, which causes a huge lack in every way.

They donated 50 oral hygiene kits and sandwiches to fraternize with

the patients and give attention to those who do not receive visitors in
one of the floors.
- Brazilian History National Competition

In may 2015 the representation of Penha do Itapocori / Santa

Catarina of the Order Saint Lazarus Brazil Lazarus Union
International supported the formation of 5 teams of Municipal
elementary school "Joo Antonio Pinto, the school of Olaria (in the
city) to participate in the Brazilian History National Competition on the
May 3rd.

The education of our youngsters is the foundation and the future of the
nation, without education a country do not develops itself.
Congratulations for the work, may we continue with more actions of
this type.

- Brazilian Olympiad of Informatics

Similarly, on May 8th, 2015, the delegation of Penha do Itapocori /

Santa Catarina of the Order Saint Lazarus Brazil - CSLI supported 78
students from the school of Olaria for their participation in XVII
Brazilian Olympiad of Informatics.

Education and training are fundamental values in a society, and one of

our big fights.

- IHGS Instituto Histrico e Geogrfico de Sorocaba

On the May 16th, 2015, a delegation of the Commandery of So Paulo

of Order Saint Lazarus Brazil - CSLI participated in the solemn
ceremony that happened in the Historical and Geographical
Institute of Sorocaba. In this event, the Officer of the Order and
leader of the remodeling of the Commandery of So Paulo was
awarded with the silver medal of merit "Castelo Branco".

The complete international and national command is pleased by this, more than deserved,
honor.
- Ceremony on the 12th Infantry Battalion

The Order Saint Lazarus Brazil - Lazarus Union International, through the
Group CSLI Belo Horizonte, received the invitation to attend the graduation
ceremony for the infantry class of 2015 of the 12th Infantry Battalion of the
army of Belo Horizonte.

This participation allowed us an important approach not only with members

of the armed forces, but also with the veterans of the Suez Battalion and with
the members of the Association of Reservists of the Brazilian Army (AREB).

We hope that this approach will allow us to develop joint actions with these
institutions in the future.

- Fraternity Campaign

The representation of Penha do Itapocori / Santa Catarina of the

Lazarus Union International - Order Saint Lazarus Brazil, participated
in the Organization of the fraternity campaign in Municipal elementary
school "Joo Antonio Pinto" School of Olaria.

In this project, students collected clothes and

food that will be distributed to the poor and needy, and in particular to
the Association of Haitian refugees in the region. The participation of
young people and adolescents in charitable and humanitarian actions is
a lesson of solidarity that makes these individuals CITIZENS in its
noblest sense.

The commitment of the Order Saint Lazarus Brazil is once more strongly
marked, and actions like these that make a difference to the society and
make Brazil a better, more just and more fraternal country.

Congratulations to all involved in this campaign, students, teachers,

parents, etc.
- Charity Bazaar

On June 7th, 2015, the Arcanjos Solidrios of Bambu, an associated

member of the Order Saint Lazarus Brazil - Lazarus Union
International, organized a Charity Bazaar.

All moneys collected in this Bazaar was donated to charitable entities

from the town of Bambu.

- Donation of School Chairs

Between June 27 and 30 the group of Belo Horizonte from CSLI-Order

of Saint Lazarus Brazil organized the donation of 420 school chairs.

This donation was divided between the municipalities of Ribeiro das

Neves and Itabira and the school chairs will be used in rural schools of
these two municipalities, improving the conditions of education of the
population.

We believe that value education and teaching is the best way to evolve
to a more just, honest and committed society. Congratulations to all the
members and volunteers of this group for this action that is in straight
line with our values and goals.

- Donation to Elderly Housing

On the last July 6 the Group in formation of Nova Friburgo from CSLI-Order
of Saint Lazarus Brazil held the donation of clothing, medicines and
geriatric material love for the Home Shelter Love of Jesus (LAJE), in the
city.

The LAJE, official Philanthropic Organization, was founded more than

80 years ago, in July 14, 1929, by a group of people from Nova Friburgo,
concerned with the constant death of beggars on the streets of the city,
because of cold and hunger. Institution of Long Permanence for Elderly
(ILPI) follows the rules laid down by Brazilian ANVISA (National
Agency of Sanitary Vigilance), houses today 80 elderly, all in extreme
need, all requiring special care. Its main objective is the physical and
psychological recovery of the sheltered, taking them out from the sub-human conditions that
they often are.
Even in formation, still seeking for more
volunteers to increase their ranks, the Group of
Nova Friburgo already holds its first mission.
This attitude is aligned with the charitable and
humanitarian values of the Order of Saint
Lazarus-CSLI, both nationwide and
internationally, and we congratulate the
leaders of the Group and all involved in the
action.

- Oral Hygiene Project Children Education

The representation of the Order of Saint Lazarus Brazil CSLI of

Penha do Itapocori-SC held on July 9 an awareness activity on oral
hygiene, applied to the early childhood classes of EBM "Joo Antonio
Pinto, subject to the Municipal Education in Penha/SC.

During the project, the young students were presented

with techniques of oral hygiene and dental hygiene practice. Among the
activities developed, the children themselves created denture from playdough,
grains of hominy, beans and corn.

Pupils received customized dental hygiene kits,

offered by the Commandery of So Paulo of the Grand Priory of Brazil
of the Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem, thereby
encouraging oral hygiene practices.

It is our view that education is the best way to achieve a better and more
just society, and this most relevant action is in complete alignment with
our ancestral values. Congratulations to those responsible for this
action and special thanks to the Commandery of So Paulo for the kits.
- Project I came to serve

During the months of May to July 2015 the Order of Saint Lazarus
Brazil-CSLI, through their representation in Penha/SC, was partner in
the project "I came to serve", a clothing, food, personal hygiene
material and adult diapers gathering campaign, which were donated to
two local social care institutions.

The institutions who benefited with the collect

and gathering were the Elderly Home of
Penha/SC and the Institute to Support People
with Cancer and Degenerative Diseases
(INAPEC). In addition, the children
themselves performed the delivery of the
donations.

To involve children and adolescents in

campaigns and projects like this, makes that in
the future we have adults aware of the
difficulties of others and able to discern how can
act in society to help the next. Congratulations
to the representation for this successful project.

- Wheel chair donation

The team of the Commandery of So Paulo of the Grand Priory of Brazil of

the Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem donated a wheel chair
and a walker. These medical equipment were given to a needy person who
suffers of advanced cancer and neurological problems.

Easy the suffering of the next one, and bring them some comfort is one of
the most noble actions our members dedicate themselves. As so, our
deepest congratulation vows to the members of the Commandery of So
Paulo who worked on this project.
- Leuceminas

In another mission of the Group Belo Horizonte of CSLI Order Saint

Lazarus Brazil, on July 21, 2015, a visit to Leuceminas took place.

The Association of Leukemia of the State of

Minas Gerais, known as Leuceminas, is a non-
profit organization that supports children, young people and adults in
need, suffering from leukemia. Founded in 1990, the Leuceminas works
as a support for those residing in other cities but requiring lodgings in
Belo Horizonte during treatment, supporting currently, about 400
patients, offering full assistance, either in Leuceminas or the hospitals
where the treatment is being carried out.

The Group Belo Horizonte donated the following items:

-1 microwave oven;
-4 boxes of milk;
-540 pieces of garments;

We congratulate the members of the Group Belo Horizonte who

participated in this action.

- Acadmicos da Rocinha

The Grand Priory of Brazil of the Hospitaller Order of Saint

Lazarus of Jerusalem, through the Commandery Agnus Dei of Rio
de Janeiro, organized a PREVENTIVE ACTION to COMBAT high
blood pressure in YOUNGSTERS, promoted by a multidisciplinary
team consisting of doctors, nurses and other health professionals,
and coordinated by an Officer of the Order of Saint Lazarus.

On July 26 took place the event "BOSOM BUDDIES: because

heart is not to changed, but to be taken care of!, which offered
primary services on identification of hypertension in the general
population, with consultations on measurement of blood
pressure, body mass index, obesity, and guidance from health
professionals, doctors, nurses and technicians.
 On the court of Samba School Acadmicos da Rocinha, more
than 120 patients were assisted and passed through physical
examinations, received health guidelines, and according to each
case, were forwarded to more complexes exams.

This action, which once again proves our seriousness and our
commitment with society, is a great example of the dedication of
our members, and we congratulate enormously our members
involved in this project.

- Agreement with the Order of Saint Stanislas

In August 2015, we started discussions for an agreement of

friendship and cooperation with the Order of Saint Stanislas of
Poland. We hope to be able to join forces and share ideas regarding
humanitarian and charitable projects.

- Events in Vienna

In the first week of September 2015 the Order Saint Lazarus Brazil -
Lazarus Union International participated in the International Lazarite
Symposium in Vienna Austria.

During the meetings and events associated with

the Symposium we had the opportunity to get
even closer of the instances of the UN in Vienna,
of the various international leaders from
different countries and, also, of the
International Command of the Lazarus Union.

Many projects about the future of the Order

Saint Lazarus Brazil were discussed and
addressed, in ensuring a continuity to our
actions and work, and a prominent position for
our country in this great organization.
- Mastectomized Women's Association

The Group of Nova Friburgo from CSLI Order Saint Lazarus Brazil
conducted on September 11 a donation of wigs for use or sale to help women
suffering from cancer. This donation was destined to AMMA-
MASTECTOMIZED WOMEN'S ASSOCIATION of Nova Friburgo-RJ.

The AMMA-Mastectomized Women's Association is a charitable

Association, founded on April 11, 2000, by a group of volunteers, whose
mission is to support people with breast cancer. It is currently formed by
a voluntary group of people that have passed or not by the disease. It is
maintained by community help and monthly contributions.

This action will be of great importance to improve the self-esteem of those who have been
affected by this drastic illness.

- Arc de Triomphe - Paris

On the September 12, 2015, the Order Saint Lazarus Brazil-Lazarus

Union International received an extraordinary invitation from the Civil
Defense and Protection of France, and had the honor to participate in
the ceremony of "Rekindling" of the flame in the Arc de Triomphe.

Despite the deluge over Paris on the day, we did not discourage ourselves
and we participate at the parade and at the ceremonial in a position of
honor, placing a wreath next to the tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

On the same day, the ceremony was attended by members of the Fire
Brigade of Paris, the Souvenir Franais, the Ambassador to Belarus,
Russia's Ambassador and the Commander of the
113th fighter aviation French group. Despite the
rain, the musical ambiance was provided by the
band of the Peace Guardians of France.

With the soul washed, and everything else absolutely soaked, the Order
Saint Lazarus Brazil was very well represented.

This event is a great landmark, and it proves the seriousness of our

actions, the commitment to the next and the recognition of our efforts
in an international level.

- OCDPC

In September 12, 2015, after the ceremony at the Arc de Triomphe, the
Order Saint Lazarus Brazil - Lazarus Union International participated
in the award and recognition ceremonial of OCDPC (Observatoire
Citoyen de Defense et de Protection Civil Civile Defense and
Protection Citizens Observatory of France).

On this occasion, in addition to strengthening our partnership ties, we

decorated some of the members of OCDPC. First, on behalf of our
Spanish Civil Protection operational partner we awarded ANAV Medals
of Constancy in Bronze for 5 and 10 years, in Silver for 15 and 20 years,
in Gold for 25 years and the Commanders in Gold for 30 years.

Then, in the most important moment of the ceremony, our internal

body OLDPC (Lazarita Observatory of Defense and Civil Protection)
received the first recognition medals from the hands of OCDPC and we
awarded one of each grade - Bronze, Silver and Gold to the members
of the OCDPC who were most active in our partnership. From then on,
thanks to our OCDPC partners, these decorations will be awarded to our
members and volunteers regarding their actions related to Defense and
Civil Protection.

In addition, as a collective and institutional recognition to all members

of OCDPC, we honored the OCDPC Banner with the Golden Medal of 25
years of Spain's Civil Protection ANAV and with the Gold Medal of the
Defense and Civil Protection of the OLDPC of Brazil.

The actions, works and dedication of the Order

Saint Lazarus Brazil - Lazarus Union
International were also recognized through the
granting of the Grand Silver Medal of France's
Humanitarian Works.

- Winter Campaign RJ

The Commandery Agnus Dei of Rio de Janeiro of the Grand Priory of

Brazil of Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem (Order of Saint
Lazarus Brazil), in another successful charitable action in partnership
with CIRCES-OSTI, undertook the collect and donation of a large
amount of clothes to CELPI (SEWING AND MILK PRO-CHILDHOOD). The donation was
completed with a laser printer.

This donation is extremely important to the families assisted by this project and, once again,
demonstrates the chivalric values, the seriousness and the commitment of the members of the
Order of Saint Lazarus Brazil Lazarus Union International.
- Pink October - SC

During the month of October 2015 the representation of the Order of

Saint Lazarus Brazil CSLI of Penha do Itapocori-SC, encouraged
the Organization of various activities related to Pink October and breast
cancer.

There were presentations, workshops, discussions, and campaigns

including the preparation of a specific t-shirt for the occasion.

The National and International Command of the

Order of Saint Lazarus and of the Lazarus Union
congratulates the commitment and devotion of
the members of this representation.

- Donation Divinpolis MG

On September 5, 2015, the Group of Divinpolis of

the Corps Saint Lazarus International Order
Saint Lazarus Brazil organized its first official
mission.

The donation of shampoos and conditioners for

the educational system of the city of Divinpolis \
MG.

10 liters of hair conditioner

As well as, the donation of clothes and shoes to the

bazaar of the PHV St John of God hospital in the
city of Divinpolis \ MG
70 pairs of shoes
100 pieces of clothing

Congratulations to the members of this new Group

for their first activity. We wish the best luck and
courage for many others to happen.
- Children Week Divinpolis MG

In its second official mission the Group of Divinpolis of the Corps Saint
Lazarus International Order Saint Lazarus Brazil, in partnership with
the PHV - Humanization of Volunteers Pastoral and the AMAR Institute,
organized from 6 to 9 October 2015, the Children
Week at the Hospital St. John of God in the city of
Divinpolis \ MG.

For this week, they assembled kits to be distributed

to the children. These kits contained an apple, a banana, a yogurt and a
toy.

The amount of children who received these kits during this week was 60.

- Children Party Arcanjos Solidrios

The Association Grupo Arcanjos Solidrios of Bambu, member and

associate of the Order Saint Lazarus Brazil - Lazarus Union
International, in partnership with other organizations of the city held
on Saturday October 10 an open and free event to children and
residents of the popular district in celebration of children's day. With
the completion of project happy child "was held a leisure Street with
many games, bouncy castle, trampoline, cotton candy, popcorn, hot
dogs, soda and a lot of fun, toys were distributed to all children. For the
closure of the event, the members of organizations went on motorcade
through the streets of the city covering disadvantaged neighborhoods
handing out toys for the children.

More than 200 children and their families participated in the leisure
Street, where they were distributed more than 800 units of hot dogs,
and 60 liters of soda. In addition, between street children and those
that were answered in motorcade, 600 toys were delivered.

Congratulations to the Archangels and all the ones who participated in

this action that is aligned to our values and our goal, to bring comfort
to those in need.
- Goodwill Race SC

The representation of the Order Saint Lazarus Brazil Corps Saint

Lazarus International organized a team to participate in the Goodwill
Race in Itaja-SC.

The race, stage of Itaja/SC, is a promotion of SESI in the benefit of

social entities, accompanied by Caritas Archdiocesan Social action.

The team CSLI 100% OLARIA was composed by 19 participants, 18 of

them for the walk of 1,5 km and 1 participant for the 5 km race.

Tolerance, Humility, Mercy, Charity!

- Early Christmas Arcanjos Solidrios

The members of the Association Arcanjos

Solidrios of Bambu, member and associated
of the Order Saint Lazarus Brazil - Lazarus
Union International, held on Saturday,
November 28, another solidarity action, the
Early Christmas 2015 Project. With faith, hope
and charity, the group members visited the foster home Abacaxis, that
receives former homeless people and alcoholics from the town of
Bambu. Several activities with the residents were conducted during the
event. The Group hosted a barbecue at the site to celebrate Christmas.

- Natal Solidrio Jandira

The members of the Group of Jandira of the Order Saint

Lazarus Brazil - Lazarus Union International, conducted
a campaign of solidarity for the Christmas of 2015. They
donated 23 Christmas puddings and donated 5 new toys
for the Christmas solidarity campaign of the Military
State Police of Sao Paulo. This campaign, carried out by
the Group, but especially in family is a great example for
all.
- Water for Mariana Nova Friburgo

The Group CSLI NOVA FRIBURGO of the Order Saint Lazarus Brazil -
Lazarus Union International delivered in Caritas in December 3 a batch
of 10 bales of mineral water to be sent to Mariana-MG.

The environmental and human tragedy that struck this region of the
country is unprecedented, and the union of volunteers and people of
goodwill to help and to support shall be the big goal.

- Toys Christmas Donations Belo Horizonte

On December 23, 2015, the CSLI Group of Belo Horizonte of the Order Saint
Lazarus Brazil held a donation of 118 toys which will be incorporated to the
children play area of the Hospital das Clinicas in Belo Horizonte, which
serves patients from all corners of the state and of Brazil.

The playroom project is of great importance for the

treatment of the children of the hospital. The toys are in a
space where the child can let their imaginations flow away
from the heavy hospital environment, forgetting their patient condition and
returning to the "children's world". Moreover, most importantly, the toys do
not serve just a child, but to all that are there, this had been the determining
factor in the choice of place of the donation.

- Health and Awareness Campaigns

During the year 2015, the Order Saint Lazarus Brazil-Lazarus Union International has
supported several health and awareness campaigns.

These campaigns are aligned with our commitment to the next, trying to make everyone more
responsible for their own health.

values, keep bringing us recognitions, both in national and international levels.

Different organisations offered our deserving members their recognitions and awards. Many of
our members were honored with these awards and others will still be able to postulate in some
