What is the best way to help bring about peace in regards to the conflict

between Israel and Palestine? Demonstrate your understanding of the issues

in your answer.

The conflict between Israel and Palestine is one of the hardest unsolved problems

that ever occurred. It had been occurring long time ago, as far as I could remember. It had

led to many deaths and had left a huge scar on peoples heart. Many people believed that

this conflict is rooted from religious. The territory that these two countries are fighting for is

Jerusalem, a holy city for these three religious: Judaism, Christianity and Islam.

According to the text in the Bible (Genesis

15:18), the Lord says he has given this land

(Jerusalem) or the promise land to Abrams

descendants, which is the Jewish people. The

problem began in WWII when the Jewish people

migrated because of genocide in Germany. They

migrated to the land of Jerusalem and live with

the Palestinians. More and more Jewish moved here and they wanted to claim their

promised land back because not many cities in the world is Judaism. Also, European people

feel sorry for Jews who had been driven out and got massacre very often. The United Nation

or UN has attempted to help them by introducing the plan to divide the land of Jerusalem

into two parts, which is Israel and Palestine. Israel represents the Jews, while Palestine

represents Arab. This plan seemed to work, but however, it was never implemented. The

fight still goes on and on. Every time they tried to have a ceasefire, one of them is going to

break it and the war started again.

Now, Israel is using military power and the support of European countries to

conquered most of Palestine. The Palestinian people have to migrate out and their lives in

Israel were much harder and tougher. Many people are aware of the ethnic cleansing

which can possibly happen in Israel. The government is still looking for a solution to this
conflict, but to make Israeli and Palestinians become one again is the most difficult things to

do.

The first solution I would like to suggest is to allow Israel and Palestine to have their

own country and give them equal lands. I strongly believe that Israel and Palestine should be

separated and stay disconnected from each other until the situation dissolves. Some

suggested the one-state solution in order to erase the border between Israel and Palestine,

but this idea seems to be too risky for both Palestinians-Israeli to do without having any

fights and more deaths. We can prove that what Indiral Ganghi, the prime minister of India,

said is true that ,We cannot shake hands with a clenched fist. Separating them into

countries is one of the best ideas to be concerned about since it will be very for a long-term

benefit. When the two groups stay far from each other, it decreases the possibility of fight

and disagreements The things that we should think about is finding a good leader for the

country, a leader who is not radical or eager to fight. In order to change the way people think,

we should change the way the leader think as well because a good governing will lead to a

peaceful country.

Secondly, knowledge and perspective toward life are the most important thing.Its

determined what you will do or you wont do somethings. Its hard to change when you grow

up and be adults. They are like a seed of tree that you plant in children. You can shape and

grow them the way you want when they are young. In this case, process of shape and grow

is education. Giving education to the new generation is a long term solution which the result

may not be simultaneously effect but if it work , it going to completely solve this problem.

Since they were young, the children were told and taught to hate each other and that makes

the Palestinian-Israel conflict a never-ending problem. You can see form the news that there

are kids holding gun shoot someone on the opposite side. Adults put the seed of violent and

killing into kids. We believed that kids who are now fighting why they fight and what they fight

for. Even they know it will be only one side of the story. We should solve the problem by

starting at the beginning ; giving the new generation a new knowledge and perspective. As
this quotes If we want to teach real peace in this world, and if we want to carry on a real war

against war, we shall have to begin with the children - Mahatma Gandhi. It may hard at the

begining to bring new thought and thing that their adults dont except it to them. But

someone had to do it. We need to teach them to learn about humanity, love and forgiving. All

of these thing are in every human. And because we are human not robot; we have heart,

feeling and conscience. Its hard but not impossible to bring them up from israel and

palestine peoples heart.

Another point about prospective toward life, every people should learn to survive

and learn to stay together. As the meaning of the quotes learn to survive, its in every

animals included human to do anything to make theirself alive. Same as Chalew Darwin

quotes the survival of the fittest, you want to make yourself better than other people

because its in our subconscious when we evoluted from animals. But learn to stay together

is new concept that many psychologist are interested in. Imagine you travel in Amazon forest

which every thing around you can be dangerous and you found one species of monkey

killing each other for bunches of bananas. How do you feel about it ? Same as human

nowadays, we killing each other for the thing we can share like bunches of bananas for

monkey and there are many problem more important than that for example natural disaster,

global warming and ranout of natural resources. Every national and every human should

learn to stay together in peaceful way, to coorporate and help each other to pass all of world

problems together.

Peace is a journey of a thousand miles and it must be taken one step at a time, said

Lydon B. Johnson. It will take a long time for Israeli and Palestinians to make good

agreement that benefit both of them, forgive other, forgive themselves and become good

companion with each other, but we believe that time will heal the situation and this too shall

pass.
