Moreoftenthannot,however,Igetaclearpictureofhowsocialmediaisruiningmygeneration.ThroughthenastycommentsonFacebookstatusesthatsomepeople
dontagreewith,totheinappropriatepictureonInstagramthatcancostajobopportunity,itisclearthatwearebeginningtoobsessoverandabusethewebsitesandapps
thatwerecreatedforustohavefunwith.Inordertoprogressinsocietyasageneration,wehavetobreakthroughthestereotypesthatincludeusbeingabsorbed24/7into
thetechnologythatsinourhands.Ivethoughtofafewsimpletipstohelpusdothat.

1.Startyourdaydifferently.Insteadofwakingupandimmediatelycheckingthelatesthappeningsonsocialmedia,dosomethingmorefulfillingtothedaythatlies
ahead.Goforarun.Asunappealingasitmayseem,itwillboostenergyforyourday.Meditate,pray,orreadapassagefromatheBibleoranyotherbook.Getting
spirituallyconnectedwithwhateveryoubelieveinismuchmorefulfillingthantechnologicallyconnectedwithfutileposts.
2.Keepyourphoneoutofthedinnertable.Spendingtimewithfriendsandfamilyisoneofthemostimportantthingsinourlives.Theyrethepeoplewhocarefor
usmost,andweshouldhaveenoughrespecttokeepourattentiononthemwhensharingamealratherthanourphones.Spendingqualitytimewithourparentsand
