FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN GAGAL

GINJAL KRONIK DI RS JASA KARTINI KOTA TASIKMALAYA
TAHUN 2016

Angka kejadian gagal ginjal kronik saat ini terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun.
Faktor penyebab gagal ginjal kronik belum diketahui dengan pasti, namun
kemungkinan resiko dapat terjadi pada jenis kelamin, usia, riwayat hipertensi,
riwayat diabetes melitus, riwayat obesitas. Data rekam medis di RS Jasa Kartini
Kota Tasikmalaya diketahui bahwa pasien gagal ginjal pada tahun 2015 mencapai
732 kasus. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode analitik dan
pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 92 orang dengan
menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Data diperoleh dengan
kuesioner dan dianalisis secara analitik menggunakan chi square. Hasil penelitian
ini menunjukkan bahwa beberapa faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian gagal
ginjal kronik diantaranya adalah jensi kelamin dengan p value 0.001, usia p value
0.000, riwayat hipertensi dengan p value 0.000, riwayat diabetes melitus dengan p
value 0.000. Namun tidak Terdapat hubungan riwayat obesitas dengan kejadian
gagal ginjal kronik dengan p value 0.177. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini faktor
yang berhubungan dengan kejadian gagal ginjal kronik adalah jenis kelamin, usia,
riwayat hipertensi, diabetes melitus. Faktor obesitas tidak berhubungan dengan
kejadian GGK. Perawat disarankan memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada
penderita gagal ginjal kronik melalui pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan,
intervensi dan evaluasi pada asuhan keperawtan yang diberikan.

The Incidence of kidney failure chronicle currently continued to increase from

year to year. The factors causing kidney failure chronicle not yet known with
certainty, but the risks can occur on sex, age, the acts of hypertension, the acts of
diabetes mellitus, the acts of obesity. Medical record data in the hospital services
kartini tasikmalaya city known that patients kidney failure in 2015 reached 732
cases. Kind of quantitative research using analytic methods and the approach of
cross sectional. The total sample ninety-two people by using techniques
proportional random sampling. Data obtained by the questionnaire and analyzed
in analytic using chi square. This research result indicates that several factors
that deals with the occurrence of kidney failure a chronicle of them are jensi sex
with p value 0.001 , age p value 0.000, the acts of hypertension with value p
0.000, the acts of diabetes mellitus with p value 0.000. But there was no
correlation the acts of obesity with a kidney failure chronicle with p value 0.177.
Conclusions from the study factors that deals with a kidney failure chronicle is the
type sex, age, the acts of hypertension, diabetes mellitus. Obesity factors not
related to the incidence of GGK. The nurse recommended providing nursing care
in people with chronic kidney failure through assessment, diagnosis, intervention
and evaluation of nursing on the care of keperawtan is given.
