Brookfield Demo Script

1. Show POC Workflow diagram


a. Started with Pega Platform Nothing specific for Relocation
b. Built this in about 10 days myself
c. No coding means more can be delegated to the business
2. Email comes in with relocation request
3. Mark Manager
a. Sees exactly what he needs to see
b. View open files / tasks their status and where they are in the process
c. See his teams workload
d. Can modify the portal view
e. Can see reports

f. Open new Relocation request


i.Discuss what you get for free
ii.Show attachments
iii.Can capture information from email and attachments
iv. Discuss how this can be easily updated / modified
v. Note contextual help on various fields (configurable)
vi. Assign specialist and then close
vii. Show how the sub-case (work process) was created and its
status
g. Look at Sallys email (note that the message can easily include other
information)
4. Log in as Sally
a. Click on Next Assignment (prevents users from cherry picking)
b. Note the goal (in green) and the deadline (explain SLAs)
c. Contact customer and update the record with tour date prefs
d. Add a comment in Pega Pulse (explain)
e. Review the correspondence before submitting (can modify if
necessary)
f. Review the email received by Mr. Richards (note pre-filled data fields)
g. Next Assignment
h. After hearing from the customer, can update fields as necessary and
attach any content
i. Change tour date to 2/11/16
i. Sally can now schedule the Needs Assessment meeting with the
customer
j. Review the correspondence and send
k. Note the email discuss integration with Outlook
l. Time goes on, Needs Assessment is complete. Now its time to update
the information and have the coordinator assign an ORC to work with
the customer.
m. Next Assignment
n. Review the Information and Audit tabs
o. Submit and then Next Assignment -> no more assignments!

5. Connie receives email


a. Log in via the email link
b. Review Information and Audit tabs
c. Open assignment note Pega Pulse (add comment)
d. Assign ORC and submit
e. Note the status and Audit information
f. Work can be delivered in several ways email, text, or directly to your
Pega Portal
g. Close browser
6. Oscar receives email
a. Log in via browser
b. Note how the interface is somewhat slimmed down
i. Limited what Oscar can see and do in the system
c. Double-click top item and review (read-only, cannot click or edit parent
case file)
d. Open assignment ORC and specialist have both reached out to the
customer to provide an update and ensure nothing has changed
i. Can add attachments and update information as necessary
e. Submit
f. Set the property tour itinerary
i. Note the SLA
ii. Can add multiple line-items
iii. Can submit and send notifications to customer, specialist, etc.
iv. If no properties meet customers needs, can start over by
scheduling a new property tour (from the actions menu)
g. End day-in-the-life demo here

7. Build for Change!!!


a. Show rule delegation
i. Open up Designer Studio and navigate to the correspondence
email (paragraph)
1. Homefinding -> UI -> Paragraph -> CustomerEmail
ii. Show how an IT person can delegate the rule
iii. Log in as Mark and show the delegated rule

b. Show how to create a form in Designer Studio


i. (even when you do need IT support, change comes fast)
ii. Go to the Relocation Request case and add a form for the
complete step
