As everyone knows the English Language is the primary spoken language in the United States

and Spanish is the second one.

Independence, and 21 American Presidents, from Andrew Jackson to Barack Obama, have been
wholly or partly of Irish ancestry."

So , about 80 to a hundred million US Residents are of North European Descent but still have to
learn or speak spanish but the Spanish Language which is coming from the European South is
the second official one.

As many know Spanish are spoken in what is known as Latin America which also officially
includes Mexico.

To my knowledge, no Latin American Nation recognizes English or any other Language of

North European Descent as an official one.

That gives an alien the impression of inequality when it comes to linguist expression for US
Citizens of Descent other than South European, American giving an on the surface cover by the
US Constitution as it is written now.
