users and customers who have required a service swap have
been receiving the Starboard since October 2013, and over
90,000 users already have it.

Yes, all users will receive the new keyboard. The rollout will
begin January 1, 2015, and by December 31, 2016, all
users worldwide will be using the Starboard.
