Enclosed is a copy of all written comments received regarding the CHI Franciscan Health application
proposing to relocate 242 of the 253 acute care beds from the Bremerton campus to the Silverdale
campus. At project completion, Harrison Medical Center would be licensed for a total 336 acute care
beds at the Silverdale campus. The enclosed comments include:

written comments received at the Certificate of Need Program Office as of 5:00pm on

Tuesday, February 21, 2017;
written comments received at the February 21, public hearing; and
copies of the sign-in sheet(s) listing attendance at the February 21 public hearing.

Rebuttal comments are limited to the documents enclosed. The rebuttal comments must be received by
5:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 8, 2017. They can be delivered to me by regular or overnight mail at
