PERFORMANCE REPORT / WORK LOAD RETURN IN R/O

CONSULTANTS WORKING IN MES

1. Refer this HQ letter No 93348/Misc/Consult/526/Des-1 dt 26 Feb 2015.

2. Performance reports/work load return in r/o consultants working in AOR of all CEs
Comd/Zone were sought on quarterly basis, vide the letter ref above.

3. The performance reports received from various CEs Comd/Zone, for QE Sep 16
& Dec 16, were scrutinized and performance of the following consultants have been
reported as satisfactory in the reports submitted by the CEs Comd/Zone:-

(a) M/s The Design Factory

(b) M/s Pasci Infra Consultants Pvt Ltd

4. In view of the above, the names of the above firms is now deleted from the list of
Consultants banned by this HQ. These firms are now eligible for participating in bidding
for new works for MES.

5. This has the approval of DGW.
