Abstract
Project Powerpoint 1-0-1:
The study sought to establish the necessity of a
one on- one training guide on creating PowerPoint
presentation that can be adopted to empower
untrained teachers in implementing ICT integration in
their classroom teaching. In this study, the effect of
giving a one on-one training to teachers in using ICT
integration in teaching as compared to giving lectures
during mass trainings on ICT integration was explored.
The researchers evaluated how effective it is to
empower teachers in implementing ICT integration in
teaching their lesson by conducting one on one
training to teachers who are identified to have least
learned competencies in using ICT in their teaching.
Based on the least learned competencies of teachers,
15 out 22 grade 2 teachers were found to be needing
individualized instruction in ICT integration in teaching.
After three weeks of conducting the Project PowerPoint
101 training through LAC sessions on these teachers,
the result shows that these teachers have become
enlightened and empowered to use ICT in their
teaching especially PowerPoint applications, which they
found easy, interesting and interactive, enabling them
to make their lessons using the tools and minimizing
reliance on chalk-and-board methods.

Project expansion to other schools. The team recommends that the
training program Project PowerPoint 101 be used as a training guide to
teachers in other schools, who are computer novice or doesnt really
know how to use the computer
Project shareability and multiplicity in real time. The said lessons
would then be stored in a cloud drive and be shared among fellow
teachers in their grade levels. If every grade two teacher of West City
Central School produces at least one PowerPoint-presented lesson per
subject in a given quarter for different learning competencies, that would Power Clickers
mean a data bank of 22 lessons per subject per quarter or a total of 156
