ABSTRACT

Job analysis is process, method, and technique for obtain data of


position processed become position information can precented for various
institutional program, staffing, and management. The purpose of Final
Assignment for knowing about job analysis review of the Finance Division at PT
Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan and making as comparison between of theory
in a book with practice directly.

Method of data collection are observation, interview, and study of


literature. Kinds of data are primary data and secondary data. Technique of
data was used is descriptive analysis technique, which collects data based on
supporting factors to object of research, and then analyzing these factors to
look for its role.

From the analysis that has been done, can be known that PT
Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan used job analysis with approach to employees
system with give the best service for companys progress and comfort of
employees in one part in the Management of Human Resources.
