First we have to understand that what the meaning of charismatic leadership is.

Generally charismatic leadership is defined as a process in which the qualities of

leaders like personality, persuasion and eloquent communication forces other or
encourage other people behavior. It means that charismatic people inspire people
and their followers to do things in a better way or the way like they use. Today we
can observe that most of the political people tries to learn that how to communicate
in charismatic way so that they can inspire more people. Sometimes we see that
when some people walk into the room, the crowd drawn to them. It happens

of charismatic leadership-
1. Power- This is first element of charismatic leadership. If you are on a good
position then it does not mean that power is just related to your job title.
Although power is a combination of body language, self-confidence, facial
expression and your voice. These kinds of leaders are not just like the other
leaders who blooming their voices and hearty laugh. They changes their

leaders to connect with the audience.
2. Persuasiveness- This is one of the important element of charismatic people.
They do not say anything without the knowledge. They discuss about the
topic when they have knowledge about them. They are always enthusiastic
about what they are discussing or doing and because of this property, more
people attract and listen them carefully. These kinds of leaders are well
informed about the topic they are discussing and when other have questions,
charismatic people gives their answer with the proper logic.
3. Image- We know that the people form an opinion about others in just a
fraction of time and they create the positive or negative image of the people
forever in just few seconds. So the charismatic leaders always they attention
on how they are presenting themselves in front of people. They always
behave according to condition and tries to maintain their positive and
inspirational image.
4. Interpersonal skills- Charismatic people are also a very good listener. They
always listen other people very carefully so that the communication goes just
beyond the speaking. They respect other spaces means they respect your
personal space. They do not make you uncomfortable or do not touch you in
inappropriate way. So because of these interpersonal skills people listen the
leaders very carefully.
5. Adaptability- Adaptability is also called as the platinum element to become
charismatic. It is defines as the ability to others in a way in which you want to
treat. When things changed, these kind of leaders changes themselves
without making other people uncomfortable. It means they handle every
condition in way which they want. They become flexible according to
condition.
6. Vision- When charismatic leaders speaks, they always have a plan or
message with their speech and have an ability to convey the message to the
people in a very simple way. They always describe their ideas and what are
 their future plans. It means that they always have a vision about what they
think.
So these are the main elements of the charismatic leaders which makes them
charismatic.
