BASIC FEATURES

ADVANCE FEATURES

Do away with manual system of maintaining coupons &connected hassles. The system
records item wise consumption against every usage and transfers data to CMS for
reporting.
Provision of the post-paid & Pre-Paid mode:
We have the Provision of the post-paid & Pre-Paid mode wherein we can use the canteen
system by cards swipes. Post-paid transaction works just post-paid mobile sim card
wherein the total consumption of the month can be arrived through report and in Pre-
Paid we can use the card as metro smart card.
If we are using the Pre-Paid solution than the card balance can be allowed in negative
figures up to a predefined amount (For ex it can be 20 Rs) so that employee can use
the card even if sufficient balance is not available in his card.
There is very easy recharge methodology in the software for any vendors in a very easy
and user friendly process. Software and the hardware will support multiple vendor and
multiple items for the recharge and subsequent use from it.
We can have portable canteen devices by which the caterers can book the order of
employee on his desk employee and there will not be any need for the employee to go
in canteen for any item booking if required. Even if there is no policy of serving on desk
currently, this option becomes particularly helpful during meetings and visit from client
Guest card can be issued to every department by which the guest can have the canteen
items conveniently without having any challenge of the paying or the employees
seeking for reimbursement making it extremely smooth solution.
In future if the company opts for subsidy items wise to avoid getting into difficult
discussion with vendor subsidy v/s number of employees and other issues, then the
system is capable of giving reports of the total items consumed, subsidy amount,
employee share (can be deducted from the card if pre-paid or the amount to be
deducted from salary if post-paid) which helps in accounting of both subsidies and non-
subsidies items. Further system can be customized so that it is integrated with 3rd party
payroll and accounting package also making it n
Restriction on items:
We can have restriction on usage of items by employees like lunch, dinner, breakfast
can have once in a day if required (this is being used in TOI Mumbai office).
Exhaustive reporting:
There is complete set of exhaustive reports available which helps the vendor and
company to get the details of the expenses and items consumes that can be worked out
monthly weekly or date wise. We can also get the report regarding the recharge and
balance amount in particular card.
Centralization of information:
We can centralized the complete canteen system of all the location and give the
complete information as well as summary at one location, this feature helps to maintain
all canteen related activity and management of the same from any single location and
provides the critical information that may be useful in finalizing a vendor or can be used
for internal MIS.
Multiple company, multiple user and multiple vendor in single software:
In a single software we can maintain multiple company, multiple users of different
companies and multiple vendors details.
In case of post-paid solution if the company decides to deduct the amount of canteen
consumption from the salary then the solution provided by us can be integrated directly
with the payroll software used by the company
