Expert Agricultural Network (EAN)

EAN je na Internetu zasnovani softver, sastavljen iz skupa


aplikacija, koje pokrivaju itavu oblast zatite bilja, i spro-
vodi se preko veb portala peseticidi.rs. Program sadri
sveobuhvatnu bazu podataka pesticida koju je mogue
pretraivati po svim parametrima, izuzetno veliku bazu
fotografija i ilustracija zatienih autorskim pravima, kao
i podrku sistemu za prognozu i praenje mogunosti po-
jave tetoina i bolesti.

EAN is an Internet-based software composed of a set of appli-


cations, which covers the whole field of plant protection and is
implemented via the web portal peseticidi.rs. The complete pro-
gram includes a database of pesticides that can be searched by
all parameters, a very large database of photos and illustrations
protected by copyright, as well as a support system for forecasting
and monitoring the risk of pests and diseases.

New technology and additive in the process of ensiling plants

R&D Led je razvio tehnologiju i prijavio patent u oblasti konzer-


visanja biljaka na farmama. Potpuno nov postupak, kod nas i u
svetu, i primena novih aditiva sa kojima anaerobnost sredine u
silosu postiemo za 2 sata. Koristimo ugljen dioksid, kao gas ili
suvi led. Domaa pamet, domai materijali, 50 puta smo bri od
postojee tehnike.
Nismo hladni kao led, ve kupcima nudimo ono to im treba: jef-
tin proizvod, laku primenu, kvalitetnu silau, vip status i stalnu
podrku.
Direktni korisnici inovacije su ivotinje, koje kad jednom okuse
nau silau samo nju trae koliko je dobra. LED inovativna
tehnologija je bezbedna po zdravlje ljudi i ivotinja. Sa pravom je
nazivamo inovacija.

R & D ICE has developed and patented technology in the field of con-
servation of plants on farms. Brand new procedure in the world today,
and the use of new additives with which anaerobiosis condition in silos
achieved in only 2 hours. We use carbon dioxide as a gas or dry ice. ICE
are 50 times faster than existing techniques.

pensive product, ease of application, high-quality silage, VIP status and
ongoing support.

sastojaka iz crvenog groa moe da se koristi kao zatitni faktor kardiovaskularnog

Biofermented beetroot juice

Sok od cvekle je proizveden mleno kiselinskom fermentacijom. Bio


fermentacija se odvija po principu dominantne mikroflore. Kada se
iscedi sve sok od cvekle (u ovom sluaju on je supstat), njemu doda-
jemo mleno kiselinsku kulturu (miks odreenih sojeva). Ta ista kul-
tura preuzima primat u odnosu na mikrofloru isceene cvekle. Ova
dominantna mikroflora odreuje dalji tok fermentacije koji se prati
i kontrolie temperaturom u fermentoru. Bakterije u toku procesa
fermentacije proizvode korisne proizvode kao to su mlene kise-
line, razliiti minerali i vitaminski kompleksi, a jedan od znaajnih
kompleksa je i kompleks vitamina B. Ovim procesom smo uspeli da
odstranimo otunost koju cvekla poseduje. Prednost ovog procesa
se ogleda i u tome to su antocijani sauvani zajedno sa vitaminima i
mineralima i da oni deluju antikancerogeno.
The beetroot juice is obtained by lactic acid fermentation. Fermentation
works by the principle of the dominant micro flora. When we get a fresh
juice from beetroot (in this case the substrate), on it we add the lactic acid
culture (a mixture of multiple strains). That, pure culture which act as the
dominant micro flora in relation to the micro flora that had caught when the
beetroot was squeezed. This dominant micro flora determines the direction
of the fermentation which we stimulate with temperature in the fermentor.
Bacteria during the fermentation of their work is creating useful products
such as lactic acid, various minerals and vitamin complex, and one of the
most important is complex vitamin B. This process helps to avoid pungency
which beetroot consists. The advantage of this manufacturing process is that
the anthocyanins were preserved along with vitamins and minerals and that
they act anti-cancer.

Alat je pogodan za buenje bunara u oblas-


tima gde ne postoji izvor energije. Sastoji
se od nekoliko komponenti koje se lako
transportuju do mesta buenja bunara.
Sa ovim alatom 2 radnika mogu izbuiti
bunar do dubine od 20 metara za 2 sata.
Po zavretku buenja vri se ispiranje i
pranjenje jalovine i otpada u posebnom
bazenu, ubacivanje cevi i onda se bunar
moe koristiti za navodnjavanje.

The drilling tool is suitable for use in the fields


where there is no source of energy. It consists
of several components that are not bulky and
can be easily transported to the site where the
drilling of wells. 2 workers can drill a well depth
of 20 meters for 2 hours. Upon completion of
the drilling it is done rinse well and discharge
of tailings and waste from the hole in a special
pool. At the end we need to insert tubes and then
we can use well for irrigation.

Mobilni robotizovani solarni elektrogenrator je savremeni


daljinski komandovan automatizovani ureaj za proizvodnju
elektrine energije korienjem nepresune suneve svetlosne
energije koji se ne prikljuuje na elektro-mreu. U osnovi, to
je dvo-osni robotski mehanizam koji automatski zakree tri
svetlosno-osetljiva foto-naponska panela u pravcu trenutnog
poloaja Sunca. Ureaj se postavlja na standardnu auto-priko-
licu koja mu omoguava laku pokretljivost i brzu promenu lo-
kacije. Pokretni solarni generator je alternativno ili dopunsko,
a u nekim situacijama i osnovno, sredstvo snabdevanja ener-
gijom u uslovima nepostojanja elektro-mree. Idealan je za
navodnjavanje u poljoprivredi.

Mobile robotized solar generator is a modern, off-grid, remotely con-


trolled, automated device developed for production of electricity by
use of inexhaustible solar photo-energy. Basically, it is a 2-axis robotic
mechanism that automatically rotated three sensitive photo-voltaic
panels in direction towards the current Sun position. Device is mounted
to a standard car-trailer that enables easy mobility and changing lo-
cation. Mobile solar electro-generator is alternative or auxiliary and
sometimes basic meaning for energy supply in conditions when there
is no electric infrastructure. This device is an ideal solution for agricul-
ture, as a device for intensive irrigation.

Spelt wheat hull pellets

Spelta je stara kultura, koja je vraa svoju popularnost zbog


sve vee pozornosti usmerene na organsku hranu. Ova kul-
tura ima vrstu ljusku, koja se mora ukloniti tokom obrade i
iskorienja za hranu. Postotak otpada tj. ljuske moe narasti
i do 30%. Poljoprivredni otpad, kao to su ljuske spelte moe
da se valorizira u obliku obnovljivog izvora energije. S druge
strane, zbog sadraja hranjivih tvari moe i da se koristiti za
ishranu ivotinja.
Kako bi se postigla bolja pretvorba biomase u energiu, kao i
poboljala nutritivna svojstva, potrebno je provesti tretman
sirovine. Peletiranje je jedan od postupaka koji se mogu pri-
meniti.

Spelt wheat is an old crop, which is regaining its popularity with aris-
en interest for organic food. This crop is characterized by its hard
hull, which must be removed in spelt processing and utilization for
food. The percentage of waste in form of hull can rise up to 30 %.
Agricultural waste, such as spelt hull can be valorised as renewable
energy source. On the other hand due to content of nutrients spelt
hull can also be used also in animal nutrition.
In order to achieve better conversion of biomass to energy and better
nutritive properties, it is necessary to conduct a pre-treatment of the
raw-material. Pelleting is one of the processes that can be applied.

INTEGRALNA TESTENINA OD SPELTE SA INULINOM
Spelta pasta with inulin

Spelta je pogodna sirovina za proizvodnju testenine jer ima bolje nutritivne


vrednosti od vulgare i durum penice. Spelta se smatra organskim proiz-
vodom zbog naina gajenja, sadraj fitinske kiseline je manji u odnosu na
vulgare i durum penicu, te je iskorienje neophodnih minerala bolje.
Integralna testnenina od spelte sa inulinom predstavlja nov organski
proizvod izmenjenog nutritivnog sastava sa funkcionalnim osobinama.
Integralnu testeninu od spelte sa 20% inulina karakterie znaajan pad
svarljivih ugljenih hidrata za 43,2 % i smanjena energetska vrednost za
27,2%. Integralna testenina od spelte sa inulinom je prehrambeni proiz-
vod koji se moe vremenski dugo uvati bez pogoranja ukusa, mirisa i
upotrebne vrednosti.

Spelt wheat is suitable raw material for flour based product characterized by al-
tered nutritional characteristics. Spelt is considered organic products due to con-
ditions of growing, phytic acid content is lower than the vulgare and durum wheat,
so the utilization of essential minerals is better.
Spelt pasta with inulin presents a new organic product with modified nutritional
characteristics with functional properties. Spelt pasta with 20% inulin is charac-
terized by decreasing digestible carbohydrates of 43.2% and reducing energy of
27.2%. Spelta pasta with inulin is a food, that can be stored for a long time without
deterioration of taste, smell and use value.

Production of basic plum planting material in Serbia

Proizvodnja sertifikovanog sadnog materijala voaka je nezao-


bilazni inilac savremenog voarstva. Institut za voarstvo je je-
dina ustanova u Srbiji u kojoj se u potpunosti sprovode svi koraci
u postupku proizvodnje viih kategorija sadnog materijala. Pri-
menom tradicionalnih i savremenih metoda detekcije patogena
(bioloki, seroloki i molekularni test) i proverom pomolokih
karakteristika ispitivanog materijala stvoren se osnovni sadni
materijal veeg broja sorti ljive. Na ovaj nain dobijen je zdravst-
veno ispravan sadni materijal koji se uva u odgovarajuim us-
lovima i na raspolaganju je tritu, koje je do sada bilo okrenuto
uvozu materijala ove kategorije iz inostranstva.

Production of certified planting material of fruit trees is an essential


factor in modern horticulture. Fruit Research Institute is the only insti-
tution in Serbia, which has fully implemented all steps in the produc-
tion of the higher categories of plant material. Planting material of a
number of plum varieties was created by using traditional and modern
methods of detection of pathogens (biological, serological and molecu-
lar) and testing pomologic characteristics of the examined material.
The healthy plant material produced in this manner is kept in appro-
priate conditions and available to the market, which has so far been
directed to the import of this material from abroad.

Krioprezervacija in vitro genetikih resursa voaka
In vitro cryopreservation of fruit genetic resources

Odeljenje za fiziologiju voaka Instituta za voarstvo sa uspehom primenjuje in vitro tehnike krioprezervacije (inkapsulaci-
ja-dehidracija, vitrifikacija, droplet-vitrifikacija) za dugotrajno uvanje germplazme voaka. Krioprezervacija predstavlja
uvanje elija, tkiva ili organa na ultra niskim temperaturama (teni azot) u prisustvu zatitnih agenasa krioprotektana-
ta. Krioprezervacija je komplementarni pristup konvencionalnim metodama uvanja, znaajno smanjuje rizike vezane za
uspeno uvanje germplazme voaka u uslovima polja i predstavlja pravu garanciju u sluaju incidentnih gubitaka biljnog
materijala. Optimizirane protokole krioprezervacije bi bilo mogue direktno implementirati u budui program uspostavl-
janja in vitro banke gena voaka u naoj zemlji.

Fruit Physiology Department of the Fruit Research Institute has successfully employed in vitro cryopreservation techniques (encapsu-
lation-dehydration, vitrification and droplet-vitrification) for long-term conservation of fruit species. Cryopreservation is the freezing of
cells, tissues or organs in liquid nitrogen at ultra-low temperatures in the presence of cryoprotectants. It is complementary to conven-
tional methods for plant germplasm preservation, significantly reduces risks associated with management of the field gene banks and
provides additional security in the case of accidental loss of plant material. Optimized protocols could be directly implemented in future
programms intended to establish in vitro gene bank of fruit crops.

Collection, Evaluation and Utilization of Indigenous Fruit Species

Genetiki resursi voaka jabuke, ljive, vinje i oraha na podruju Srbije


su bogati i polimorfni, a ine ih autohtone sorte, prirodne populacije i
divlji srodnici ovih vrsta voaka. Evaluacija genotipova voaka primenom
meunarodno priznatih deskriptora i molekularnih metoda po prvi put je
zapoeta u Institutu za voarstvo. Ujednaen pristup u ispitivanju pred-
stavlja novi kvalitet u ouvanju i odrivom korienju germplazme voaka
na nacionalnom nivou. Odreivanjem alelnih konstitucija gena ukljuenih
u determinaciju znaajnih osobina, zapoeta je molekularna karakter-
izacija autohtonog materijala voaka, koja ima za cilj ispitivanje genetike
raznovrsnosti, otkrivanje duplikata ili srodnih genotipova u kolekciji.

Genetic resources of fruit species i.e. apple, plum, sour cherry and walnut in
the region of Serbia are rich and polymorphic in characters. The Fruit Research
Institute is the only institution in Serbia which has started with the application
of both comprehensive international descriptors and molecular methods in the
evaluation of fruit germplasm. A uniform approach to evaluation represents a
new quality in conservation and utilization of fruit germplasm on the national
level. The first molecular research has been carried out by determining the al-
lelic constitutions of genes involved in the pathway of certain important traits and
it makes it possible to form an idea of the structure of the diversity and also to
determine the duplicates or related genotypes.

Strategija odrivog poljoprivrednog i ruralnog razvoja lokal-


nih seoskih zajednica kreira se na osnovu specifinih potreba
lokalnih seoskih zajednica a ukljuuje detaljnu analizu socio -
ekonomskog stanja, investicija u poljoprivredu i ruralni razvoj,
prirodnih resursa, zatite ivotne sredine, ruralne infastrukture
i turizma. Strategija ukljuuje odreivanje vizije i stratekih i
specifinih ciljeva lokalne seoske zajednice. U procesu kreiranja
dokumenta primenjuje se participativni pristup. Strategija slui
kao vodi za usmeravanje aktivnosti i napora lokalnih vlasti u
pogledu poljoprivrede i ruralnog razvoja.

Strategy of sustainable agricultural and rural development of local vil-


lage communities is created in regard to the specific needs of local vil-
lage community and it includes detailed analysis of the following: so-
cial-economic state, investments in agriculture and rural development,
natural resources and conditions, environmental protection, rural infra-
structure and tourism. Strategy includes determination of vision as well
as strategic and specific goals of local village community. In the process
of its creation, participative approach is applied. This strategy serves as
a guide for directing of actions and efforts of local authorities in village
communities regarding agriculture and rural development.

Growing media for Organic vegetable nursery

Supstrat za gajenje rasada povra, sastavljen od razliitih kompo-


nenti, pogodan za sertifikovanu organsku proizvodnju.
Zbog nedostatka odgovarajueg materijala za organsku proizvodnju,
sertifikovani proizvoai (rasada) povra pripremaju sopstvene sup-
strate ili kupuju uvozne komercijalne supstrate koji nisu u skladu sa
ekolokim principima.
Mi koristimo preteno obnovljive materijale pomeane sa tresetom
i materijalima mineralnog porekla koji su dozvoljeni u organskoj
proizvodnji. U poreenju sa konvencionalnim supstratima, na inova-
tivni proizvod je bolje i jeftinije reenje za proizvodnju sertifikovanog
organskog rasada povra.

Inovative growing media mixed of different components suitable for the or-
ganic vegetable production. There is a lack of inputs suitable for certified
organic vegetable production. Many producers mix their own growing media
or buy it on the market. Industrial growing media are not in accordance with
ecological principals.
We use predominantly renewable materials mixed with peat moss and some
mineral materials allowed in organic practice. Comparing with conventional
growing media, our inovative growing media is better and cheaper option for
certified organic vegetable production.

Nova sorta paprika HK-S/1
New variety of pepper HK-S/1

Ovo je srednje rana sorta, niskog razgranatog stabla, visine oko


40cm sa plodovima u tipu izduene babure, viseeg poloaja na
biljci. Plodovi su teine130g; duine13cm; irine6cm; debljina
perikarpa ploda0,6cm. Boja ploda u tehnolokoj zrelosti je svetlo
zelena, a u biolokoj zrelosti tamno crvena. Sorta HK-S/1 je veoma
rodna sa prinosom i preko 50 t/ha. Plodovi ove sorte su veoma po-
godni za sveu potronju i u tehnolokoj i u biolokoj fazi zrelosti.
Plodovi ove sorte mogu biti korieni za preradu u domainstvima i
industriji. Sorta je prvenstveno namenjena za gajenje u zatienom
prostoru gde usled svog izraenog potencijala za dugo plodonoenje
ostvaruje izvanredne rezultate.

This is a medium early variety, with low and branched tree, height is about
40cm, with the fruit type of elongated bell-pepper. Fruits have hanging
position on the plant. The fruits are weight-130g; length-13cm; width-
6cm; pericarp thickness-0,6cm. Color of the fruit in technological matu-
rity is light green, while in biological maturity dark red. Variety HK-S/1
can achieve a yield over 50 t/ha. The fruits of this variety are very suitable
for fresh consumption in both phases of maturity, but can be used for the
processing for domestic and industrial needs. The variety is primarily in-
tended for growing in greenhouses, where due to its large potential for
long fruiting achieved remarkable results.

vegetativnim i generativnim potencijalom
A new approach of production sweet cheery and plum nursery trees with
high vegetative and generative potential

Novi pristup u proizvodnji sadnica trenje i ljive e efikasnije


koristiti potencijal biljke upotrebom razliitih agrotehnikih
mera. U prvoj godini proizvodnje korienje biljnih regulatora
rasta rezultirae formiranjem snane vodilicoe sa nekoliko
prevremenih granica. U drugoj godini proizvodnje, rezidba,
biljni regulatori rasta, zasecanje, zakidanje lia, e se koris-
titi radi dobijanja dodatnog broja prevremenih granica. Ove
mere e rezultirati dobijanjem sadnica sa velikim brojem gra-
na (veliki vegetativni potencijal) i sa mnogo rodnih pupoljaka
(generativni potencijal). U prvoj godini nakon sadnje oekuje
se dobar prinos kod ovog tipa sadnice.

New approach in sweet cherry and plum nursery production will


be able to use plant potential efficiently by using different cultural
measures. In the first year of production using plant growth regula-
tors, will resulted in nursery tree with strong leader and few lateral
branches. In the second year of production, pruning, plant growth
regulators, scoring, leaf pinching will be used to produce additional
number of feathers. It will result with nursery trees with number of
branches (high vegetative potential) and a lot of flower buds (genera-
tive potential). In the first year after planting good yield of these trees
is expected.

Azotofiksin

Azotofiksin je azotno mikrobioloko ubrivo koje


se primenjuje za inokulaciju leguminoza viso-
ko-efikasnim sojevima rizobija koji snabdevaju
biljku azotom iz vazduha. Njegovom primenom
se obezbeuje ujednaen usev, poveava pri-
nos leguminiza za 20-50%, ali i poveava
kvalitet proteina u senu i zrnu, a smanjuje ili
eliminie potreba za primenom azotnog miner-
alnog ubriva. Leguminozne biljke inokulisane
Azotofiksinom snabdevaju zemljite azotom za
naredne useve.

Azotofiksin is microbiological N fertilizer which


secures uniform crop growth as inoculation sup-
plies all plants with high-effective rhizobia supply-
ing plants with atmospheric nitrogen. It increases
legume yield (by at least 20-50%) and improves
the quality of proteins in the grain and hay and de-
creases or fully eliminates any need of fertilization
of legumes with mineral nitrogen. Leguminous
crops inoculated with Azotofiksin supply soil with
nitrogen needed for subsequent agricultural crops.

Osmotic dehydration of fruits

Suenje voa se obavlja u procesu osmoze, gde se


voe tretira sa saharoznim (eer) sirupom, ili fruk-
toznim sirupom. Ono se potapa u komore predviene
za taj proces, pa se kasnije dosuuje u klasine ko-
more za suenje voa.Ti proizvodi samo spolja sadre
opisani sirup, u tankom sloju koji slui i kao konzer-
vans, a unutra voe zadrava svoje osobine. Proizvodi
su jako ukusni i lepi, i u formi su kriki, osim vinje i
trenje. Prerauje se: vinja, trenja, kajsija, breskva,
nektarina, vinogradarska breskva, kruka, dunja, ja-
buka.

Fruit drying is performed in the osmosis process, where


the fruit is treated with sucrose (sugar) syrup, or fructose
syrup. It is immersed in the chambers provided for that pro-
cess, and later it is additionally dried in classical fruit dry-
ing chambers. These products contain the mentioned syrup
only on the outside, in a thin layer, which serves as a preser-
vative, and on the inside, the fruit retains its properties. The
products are very delicious and they look nice, and they are
in the form of slices, other than sour cherries and cherries.
The following fruit is processed this way: sour cherry, cher-
ry, apricot, peach, nectarine, vineyard peach, pear, quince
and apple.

Uklanjanje korova visokim naponom
High voltage weeds removal

Ureaj se sastoji od generatora mrenog napona koji se koristi za


napajanje Multivibratora.
Viestruko uvean napon se primenjuje na primarne namotaje
visoko naponskog transformatora, gde je na jednom kraju uzem-
ljenje, dok je na drugom kraju sonda kojom se deluje na korovske
biljke.
U procesu rada ureaja korovska biljka je sastavni deo izlaznog
kola visokog napona. Visoki napon u biljci obavlja polarizaciju i
unitava njen korenov sistem. U sluajevima da je napon veoma
visok-preko 500 kV, na nekim biljkama, kao to je divlji sirak, dol-
azi do sagorevanja na najtanjim delovima i do kasnijeg pucanja.

The Attachable Gas Device for Weed Burning

Cilj je da se hemijski metod borbe protiv korova zameni ekolokim proizvodom-Prikljunim gasnim ureajem za sagorev-
anje korova. U jednom prolazu odrauje pet operacija.

The device that we have designed and that will be put into production represents a complete novelty regarding the control of weeds and
other pests. The device in question is a new attachable device for a rototiller. Little hoes take weeds and their roots out of the ground,
slicing them. The device then separates the weeds from the soil, collects and compresses the weeds and burns them with the use of gas
in the closed thermally-protected combustion chamber. The device also levels the ground and can be used for subsequent tillage of row
plantations. Agricultural households no longer have to use herbicides for weed control, they can use our device instead.

Ovaj nain podrazumeva gajenje jagoda na maloj


koliini obine zemlje koja se nalazi u vreama.
Vree sa jagodama su podignute na postolju visine

This method involves the cultivation of strawberries in a


small amount of common land that is in bags. Bags with
strawberries are raised on a pedestal 1m high, and that
is where they are cultivated and harvested all the time.
The plantation is covered with greenhouses Veronese
type. In this way, strawberries are completely protected
from weather conditions (rain, hail, frost). Planting den-
sity is higher than with the cultivation, and the production
costs are similar to normal production costs.

Vremenski derivati: instrument za upravljanje rizikom
u poljoprivredi
Weather derivatives: an instrument in risk management for agriculture

Vremenski derivati predstavljaju novije finansijske instrumente za uprav-


ljanje rizikom i javljaju se u formi npr. fjuersa ili opcija, a uzimaju kao
baznu vrednost npr. temperaturu ili koliinu padavina. Vremenski derivati
imaju znaajne prednosti u odnosu na klasino osiguranje (nema moral-
hazard problematike i nema procene tete). Danas je trite ovih novih
finansijskih instrumenata jo uvek relativno malo. Raeni su projekti (u
SAD-u i Kanadi) gde je ispitivana mogunost primene ovih novih instru-
menata, dok u Evropi nema praktinog primera. Autor je napisao mono-
grafiju Vremenski derivati i upravljanje rizikom u poljoprivredi i objasnio
mogunosti primene vremenskih derivata u Srbiji.

Weather derivatives are a relatively novel tool to risk management. They are fi-
nancial derivatives (like e.g. futures or options) and they may refer to e.g. tem-
perature or rainfall. Weather derivatives have some striking advantages over tra-
ditional insurances (no moral hazard problem and no estimation of damage). The
market for weather derivatives in the agricultural sector is still fairly small. There
are some promising practical tests ongoing (USA and Canada) and there is not
the market of these products in Europe. The author wrote a monograph Weather
Derivatives and Risk Management in Agriculture and he gave some application
of using weather derivatives in Serbia.

Developing New Fruit Cultivars

Superior proizvodi sadnice aronije, borovnice, jagode, trenje, loganberija, maline. Trenutno stanje prodaje voa na tritu
je u porastu, jer je sve vea spremnost ljudi da ulau u ovu granu poljoprivrede. Zbog ovog razloga sam ulazak na ovo
trite pokazuje dobar pravac.
U ovom trenutku radimo na osnovnoj selekciji prethodno paljivo izabranog osnovnog materijala, i njegovog daljeg
umnoavanja. eleli bi smo da nastavimo ovaj tradicionalni nain selekcije, ali da ipak ukljuimo nekoliko parametara:
ne samo osnovno testiranje u laboratoriji, ve i malo ozbiljnija ispitivanja kao to su kvalitet ploda na osnovu sadraja
vitamina, anthocijana, tanina.

We are primarily involved with chokeberry, blueberry, and strawberry, cherry. Currently the situation in our country and in the region is
demonstrating a high willingness for fruit orchard cultivation. Entering the fruit seedling market at this moment is highly likely to be
very prosperous.
At the moment the breeding program is implemented as basic selection of previously chosen plant material, and further propagation.
We would like to continue in this manner of traditional selection, but including more parameters for selection: not only basic laboratory
testing, but including some more delicate examination, such as fruit quality based on second secondary metabolites content (vitamins,
anthocyanins, tannins...).

Uticaj pojave i prisustva invazivnih vrsta na odrivi razvoj
The influence of occurrence and attendance of alien invasive species
on sustainable development

Projekat je zamiljen kroz niz aktivnosti koje se meusobno preklapaju i do-


punjuju. Utvrdie se trenutna situacija i miljenje proizvoaa, sagledati tre-
nutni kapaciteti i formirati baza podataka sa razvojnim mogunostima. Tokom
terenskih obilazaka vrie se i mapiranje, uzorkovanje i fotografisanje unetih
stranih vrsta. Za uspostavljanje uspene organske proizvodnje neophodno je
eliminisati osnovni rizik, a to je prisustvo unetih stranih vrsta. Zato je potreb-
no raditi na jaanju javne svesti kroz jaanje line uloge i odgovornosti svakog
pojedinca. U tom smislu, edukativno promotivne aktivnosti obuhvatae niz
seminara. Uesnici edukativnih seminara moi e dalje, u svom svakodnevnom
radu da koriste steena iskustva i znanja, koja e prenositi na svoje neposredno
okruenje, ime se postie efekat masovne edukacije.

The project involves a range of overlapping and complementary activities. Initial activi-
ties will involve farm visits for analysis of the current situation, existing capacities and
producer opinions, to be covered by a data base on development potentials. Also, field
trips will form the basis for mapping, sampling and photographing of invasive species.
