Introduction / can we talk letter byMisael Diaz

Hello __________,

I hope this finds you doing well. I would like a chance to chat about our Global Youth Initiative
with you.

As you know bullying, failure, low self-image and poor character decisions are the heart of many
of the challenges facing our young people in today's changing world. And we at the John
Maxwell Team have decided to do something about it.

During the week of April 24th to the 30th, all John Maxwell Team members (13K plus) all around
the world will be offering a youth leadership curriculum (YouthMax), designed to give today's
young people practical tools and ideas to help them navigate life.

Our goal is to reach 500,000 young men and woman during that week, and as a local John
Maxwell Team member, I would like to chat more about it with you to explore the possibility to
bring these teachings to one or more of our schools.

The event is completely FREE of charge, we will take on all the promoting efforts and I will
personally be there to deliver/teach leadership to the young man and woman in attendance. All
I am looking for at this point are locations/school where to host the event.

Is this something that we can talk more about, or can you direct me to a person or youth
committee within the city that I can present this to? Please see attach for a brief description of
the curriculum.

I thank you in advance for your time, and look forward to your response,

Misael

Introduction / can we talk letter by Eric G Reid

Good Morning: Dr Daniel Reta and Dr. Lara Lindemann

I hope today is off to a great start.

I would like to the opportunity to schedule a formal meeting to talk to you about our Global Youth
Initiative and the benefits I feel it will bring to the students of International College.

As you know bullying, failure, low self-image and poor character decisions are the heart of many
of the challenges facing our young people in today's changing world. We at John Maxwell Team
have decided to do something about it.

During the week of April 24th to the 30th, all John Maxwell Team members (13,000 plus) from all
around the world will be offering the youth leadership curriculum know as YouthMax, designed
to give today's young people practical tools and ideas to help them navigate life and develop
self-leadership.

Our goal as a worldwide team of certified coaches and trainers is to reach 500,000 young men
and woman during the week of April 24th to the 30th.

My services as the host and coordinator for this Global Youth Initiative will be covered by the
John C Maxwell team. The goal of making this a no cost to schools was to ensure that every
school and every youth regardless of income could have access to this week of leadership
training and development.

What is needed next to determine if International College will be the host of Global Youth
Initiative for Uruguay, and how together we can make this a landmark event and raise
awareness among educators of the need for leadership development in today educational
system,

I have an added responsibility as the sole John C Maxwell team member in Uruguay, to make
sure Global Youth Initiative happens somewhere in Uruguay at some level.

Why am I approaching International College with the first option, (1) it is our families school of
choice, (2) International Colleges stated core values and mission statement (3) As John C
Maxwell says "Leadership in Influence nothing more nothing less". International College is a
leader in education reform in Uruguay with Influence and will make a great partner.
You may be asking what happens after the event? Long range I would like to provide additional
leadership development content to the faculty and students at International College and
throughout the community. How that will take shape is due in part to the success of this event.

Thank you in advance for your time, I look forward to scheduling a meeting as soon as possible.
