The document provides instructions for homework involving using a DHT11 sensor with a PIC16F877A microcontroller to display temperature and humidity readings on an LCD. Students are asked to simulate the circuit in Proteus and write a C program to read the sensor and display the values, submitting the files by the deadline. Group leaders will collect homework files from group members and submit them in a compressed folder by the deadline.

I. COMMUNICATION WITH DHT11 a. Function requirements: At first LCD display nothing. The LCD starts displaying Microprocessor K59 in line 1 and your group name in line 2. After another 1s, the LCD display the temperature in line 1 and humidity in line 2 and keep on this state. (the values of temperature and humidity can change depend on the environment). b. Non-function requirements: Use Proteus to simulate your circuit. Use PIC16F877A as your microcontroller. Write your program in C. Use timer0 for delay. II. HARDWARE TEST (WORK IN GROUP) Complete your homework 6 in real circuit. Bring your circuit to the next Friday. Note: Your circuit dont need to work correctly but you must to connect all the components by your knowledge. Well check the error with your team on next Friday. III. FILES TO SUBMIT Proteus simulation file: name.dsn or name.pdsprj. Source code files: name.c for the main file and any library you use. HEX file: name.hex. All of these files have to be contained in one folder (not compressed yet) with the standard Vietnamese name without tone mark. For example: Nguyen Van Anhs files: [anh.pdsprj, anh.c, anh.hex]. All members send homework to group leaders. The leaders collect the homework and put it in a folder with the standard group name (format: Week6_Group#.zip), compress and drop it to our dropbox. Deadline: 1.00 PM Thursday, 30 March 2017 (1 minute late is still late). IV. NOTICE Each student has to do homework him/herself. Next week, some students will be randomly called to explain their homework. Students are allowed to discuss with classmates about homework but arent allowed to copy homework. Wrong title format/ Wrong zip file structure format/ Lack of required files/ Late submission/ Failing to answer questions is counted as non-submission.
