At present, PT RECARE having vacancies for workers with position and competency requirements as
follow:

1. Project Manager (1 Person)

Requirements
Education: B.E. ( Mech)
Experience: Minimum 15 years years proven and verified experience in EPC of similar projects, i.e.
capacity and duty wise in oil and gas industry

2. Construction Manager (2 Person)

Requirements
Education: B.E. ( Mech)
Experience: Minimum 12 years years proven and verified experience in construction of similar projects,
i.e. capacity and duty wise in oil and gas industry.

3. Lead QA/QC Engineer (1 Person)

Requirements
Education: B.E. ( Mech) with ASNT/ACCP Level II in NDT methods
Experience: Minimum twelve (12) year experience in the inspection field of oil and gas industry
He shall be fully conversant with NDT requirements and sour environment, familiar with ISO 9000 &
14000 series and International Standards relevant to Oil & Gas industry

4. Process Engineer (1 Person)

Requirements
Education : B.E.( Process / Chemical / Mech)
Experience : minimum eight (8) years proven and verified experience in similar type of projects, i.e.
capacity and duty wise in oil and gas industry.

5. Planning Engineer (1 Person)

Requirements
Education : B.E. ( Mech) and MS Project and Primavera P6
Experience : Minimum eight (8) years proven and verified experience in the relevant discipline, of which
last four (4) years shall be as Planning Engineer for similar projects in oil and gas industry, with experience
in planning software such as MS Project and Primavera P6.

6. Civil Engineer (5 Persons)

Electrical Engineer (2 Persons)

Instrumentation Engineer (2 Persons)

Mechanical Engineer (5 Persons)

HVAC Engineer (1 Person)

Requirements
Education : B.E.( Civil), B.E.(Electrical, B.E.( Instrumentation), B.E.( Mech), B.E.( Mech)
Experience : Engineers (Process, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, HVAC, Civil, Commissioning and
Communication Network) shall be graduate engineers in their respective disciplines of engineering with
minimum eight (8) years proven and verified experience in similar type of projects, i.e. capacity and duty
wise in oil and gas industry.

7. QA/QC Engineer (2 Persons)

Requirements
Education : B.E. ( Mech) with ASNT/ACCP Level II in NDT methods
Experience : Quality Assurance & Control Engineer (QA/QC Engineer) shall be a mechanical engineering
graduate with ASNT/ACCP Level II in NDT methods, having minimum Ten (10) year experience in the
inspection field of oil and gas industry

8. QA/QC Inspector (4 Persons)

Requirements
Education : Diploma in Mechanical
Experience : Quality Assurance Inspector (QA / QC Inspector) shall have a diploma in mechanical
engineering with ASNT/ACCP Level II, Bgas/NACE Level II and minimum eight (8) year experience in the
inspection field of oil & gas industry.

9. Mechanical Supervisor (12 Persons)
Civil Supervisor (10 Persons)

Electrical Supervisor (2 Persons)

Instrument Supervisor (2 Persons)

Requirements
Education : Diploma in Mechanical, Diploma in Civil, Diploma in Electrical, Diploma in Instrument
Experience : All Supervisors shall have a diploma in their respective disciplines of engineering with
minimum eight (8) year experience in works of similar nature in oil & gas industry.

10. Procurement Expediter (1 Person)

Requirements
Education : B.Sc.
Experience : Procurement Expeditor shall be with a degree in science, having minimum eight (8) year
experience in works of similar nature in the oil & gas industry. Provides procurement administration,
material control & purchasing functions including interfacing with the Subcontractors and Vendors.

11. Safety Engineer (1 Person)

Requirements
Education : B.E,with Safety Course and IOSH or NEBOSH Certification
Experience : 1- Bachelors Degree in Engineering* from a recognized and reputed university (4-years
regular course), with minimum 8 years experiences HSE personnel in the relevant field, which includes
minimum two(2) years experience in Oil and Gas Industries.
2- Must have successfully completed one or more certified HSEcourse(s) in any category of training in
General Industrial Safety, Construction Safety, Environmental Management, industrial Hygiene,ISO 14001
/ OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, IOSH, ASSECertificate in Global Safety Management or equivalent
courses, as appropriate to the designation.

12. Safety Officer (4 Persons)

Requirements
Education : B.E,/B.Sc.,/DME with Safety Course and 8 years experience. High School with an IOSH or
NEBOSH Certification with 10 years experience.
Experience : 1- Bachelors Degree in Science** or Diploma in Engineering* from recognized and reputed
university (regular course), with minimum five(8) years experience as HSE personnel in the relevant field.
2- Must have successfully completed one or more certified HSE course(s)in any category of training in
General Industrial Safety, Construction Safety, Environmental Management, Industrial Hygiene, ISO 14001
/OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, IOSH, ASSE Certificate in Global Safety Management or equivalent
courses.

13. Surveyor (5 Persons)

Requirements
Education : Diploma / B.E.( Civil)
Experience : Surveyor shall possess the relevant certification with minimum eight (8) year experience in
works of similar nature in oil & gas industry.

14. Mandoob (2 Persons)

Requirements
Education : Should be Knowledge of Arabic language
Experience : Surveyor shall possess the relevant certification with minimum eight (8) year experience in
works of similar nature in oil & gas industry.

15. Engineering Coordinator

Requirements
Education : B.E. ( Mech)
Experience : The Engineer shall be graduate in mechanical engineering with minimum twelve (12) years
proven and verified experience in EPC of similar projects, i.e. capacity and duty wise in oil and gas
industry.

16. Auto Cad Draught Man Piping (1 Person)

Auto Cad Draught Man - Civil / Structure (1 Person)
Education : Diploma in Mechanical, B.E., / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience : All Auto CAD Draught Men shall have a diploma in their respective disciplines of engineering
or approved equivalent with minimum eight (8) year experience in works of similar nature in oil & gas
industry

17. Procurement Engineer - Electrical & Instrumentation (1 Person)

Education : B.E., / Diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
Experience : Should have EPC Project material like E&I items , package items procurement experience
and strong negotiation skill.

18. Document Controller

Education : Any Bachelor Degree / Diploma
Experience : Should have EPC Project Engineering drawing / document handling experience

19. Contract Administrator

Education : Any Bachelor Engineering Degree
Experience : Experience in EPC Contract Administration works like finding out contract deviations and
submission of contractual claims to clients, ensure that project is executed as per contract requirements.
