RLF and MR tool

1 Function of this tool.

To check overshooting for 2G cell during investigation for any bad KPIs
like CDR, you need to check MRs and RLF.
To draw MR and Radio link failure which we can get from M2000 is
taking too much time in excel because we have a lot of counters for
RLF and MR which should be shown in excel in pivot table. This tool
save a lot of time as it gives you directly the result without any need to
make anything manually.

2 How to use

1- Get the counters data from M2000 for MR and RLF. The name of MR
counters are from [S4400A:Number of MRs (TA = 0) (None)] till
[S4463A:Number of MRs (TA greater than 63) (None)] and RLF counters
are from [S4400B:Radio Link Failures (TA = 0) (None)] till [ S4463B:Radio
Link Failures (TA greater than 63) (None)].
2- Save the excel file with name RLF in the same place of the tool.

3- open the tool file RLF and MR tool and then click on the button
Check RLF and MR

4- Enter the cell name which you want to check and press enter for
example Namee2777_6

5- You will get the result as shown below:

6- You can change then the cells from pivot directly so no need to run the
tool again to check another cell.
