We started the day by having 2 quizzes at the same hour. Our clinical
instructor perform the skills again. The guided practice was performed right
after the discussion.

This day was exciting because we are performing the skill to our
Clinical Instructors. I was able to perform the procedure smoothly.

I had learned a lot during the procedure because the C.I. was
explaining the procedure that I missed

V. BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
We started the first hour of our duty by heading to RHU of Quezon to have
a courtesy call. We were able to meet our client and it was exciting because
we are now in abnormal pregnancy.

Having a body around is so helpful.

Me and my partner are excited because we have our new client and all of
us group 1 are was tasked to go tour client for GCS.

To be able to perform Benedicts and Acetic Acid Test to our Individual
Case Study and Group Case Study client.

V. BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
We went to the house of our Individual Case Study but sadly our client
was not at home. We were still able to perform the test by joining with our
groupmate after that all of us went to our GCS to perform also the test.

Learning on how to perform Benedicts and Acetic Acid Test really
enhances my todays learning because I was not able to perform it last
semester.

V. BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
This is the day to bring joy to the children of Sitio San Juan. When we got
to the place all of us BSN2 students are tasked to decorate the place. We had
conducted heath teaching and games which smile was printed on their faces.
VI. LEARNING INSIGHTS:
Their smile was a big relief for and we had felt the Christmas Spirit.

When we arrived at Sitio San Juan, we decided to go first to our Group
Case Study client to ask some question but suddenly she was not their at
home then we decided to go to our ICS, when me and my partner got to the
place our client was not also at their house we ended the duty by going to the
RHU for us to view some data of our client.
