Tell me about yoruself

Well I grew up in Carmen I studied Chemical engineering. I also worked for a

Company about not destructive testings for about one year and half I enjoy
work with analytical problems or numbers. In my spare time I really like
Reading and also go out jogging if the weather allows me too.

What are your strenghts?

My strongest trait is attention to detail. I totally believe in planning and
execution. In fact even when I was in college I used to organize my week and
many people have said that Im quit approachable.

What are your weekness

U think my weakness is that I am way too detail oriented I try to accomplish

everything and I just want everything to be perfect but then I realice that Im
losing out on time so that makes me submitting these task or projects late

Where do you see in five years

Well five years form now I think I would to be in a mangement position. Tillthen
I would like gain practical experience and then eventually become a manager
of course I I would like to share and also learn a lot of new things from my team
members

What do you know about our Company oh well your Company is very well
known for the customer service
How well do you handle a change
Of course I can handle a change because in my prevvious Company one of our
bosses one of our inmediate bosses had to quit and there I was this new boss
who came and he had completely changed our strategy of a course so of
course Im very flexible and hardworking so we managed it with team efforts
and definitely the results were pretty good

Do you work well under pressure

Working under pressure or witout pressure work is just the same for me in fact
in one of the companies that I was working there was aproject that was given
to us which had to be completed in four days. Which usually take ten days and
the whole tea mis like so stressed out they panicked and they just didnt know
hwat to do but then I insured that they settled down . we prioritized our work
and in fact in a very organized manner we completed the project of course we
also worked late night but that definitely helped to submit our Project in four
days

How do you make important questions

Handling decisions is definitely considered to be Little dificult but Im sure I can
do it because my experienceI would rely on my experience I would also weigh
on the pros and cons of course I would also take some advice from my team
members and Im sure that would help me to comee on a decisin we will also
look at the consequences of the decisin so definitely I can go ahead and make
decisions
