1. Authorizor Principle Instruction
The best advantage of this system is: It can control the work state of the
descrambler, when you import the updated data to the authorizer, it can replace the
control work of the computer, and the computer neednt turn on without new
authorize. Then when the authorizer works, it can send the controlled indicated data in
the computer to the scrambler, when the top-set box starts to work, it can receive the
indicated data and operate according to the corresponding state.
The authorizer only works for CSDC system, the biggest difference for the
descrambler and the hub of common addressable system is: the hub gets power from
outdoor, it can keep work state and receive addressable instruction at any time. But
the descrambler gets power from indoor, it cant keep work state real-time and receive
controlled instruction. So it needs one kind of equipment which can send the
instruction circularly to ensure the descrambler can receive correct controlled
instruction at normal state. The authorizer communicational here is used to lead the
users state data into one chip specified by the authorizer, when the authorizer keeps
to work for 24 hours, it can send the controlled instruction to the descramble
ceaseless. When the descrambler works, it can respond with the controlled instruction
state.

2 Correct Connect for the hardware

At power off state of both the scrambler and authorizer, you should connect the
scrambler and authorizer, authorizer and computer correctly. The authorizer is printed
with to computer on the COM port to the computer to ensure the state data of
computer can lead to the authorizer chip, the authorizer printed with to scrambler
connects the RS232 port to ensure the effective state of the top-set box when it
authorize the top-set box after transacted by the scrambler chips.

3 Correct usage of the software

1)Set auto-authorizeAs below picture 1 shown
You should set the auto-authorizer parameter carefully to import the auto-date
state from authorizer by the computer accurately and fast.

 will import the database changed user into authorizer chips continually.
The system default this state, time interval is 1 minute. When the first
authorize finished, the next authorized will be started after 1 minute,
Start auto-authorize key wont shut up, the auto-authorize will be
continually running unless shut the switch. If you need to change the time
interval, you can select Start the distant date of authorize key to
adjust the interval time, the mini unit is 1 minute. But it is much better if
the time interval is bigger.
Discontinuous authorizer: With per week and per day 2 kinds. Per day
means authorized at a certain time on one day timely. Per day means
authorized timely at a certain time everyday. Auto-authorize on time, no
need to continue authorize after authorize once.
Cancel the inspect of authorize

the manage system will check if the
computer and authorizer connects the
RS232 data line normally, the authorizer
power opened etc. You should input the
correct code to cancel the checked

authorizer, the code is informed by the
project charger, but please dont use this function in normal state!
2)Start auto-authorize
After set the auto-authorize parameter, you should start the Start auto-
authorize key. The system will enter into auto-authorized state when the authorized
time arrived. When the auto-authorize started, stop other operations, after finished, it
can come back to the operational window. If you dont click the Start auto-
authorize, the system wont start. After auto-authorize finished, the indicated data of
the database in the computer will import to the authorizer, the indication will
authorize to the descrambler circularly.
3) Notice
Connect the earth line of the authorizer and scrambler, computer correctly, also the
earth for this system and ground.
