Dream Campus Guide (for students)

I. What is Dream Campus?

Dream Campus is Toyohashi Techs total academic affairs system.


You can register classes, check your credits, and search for a syllabus through dream campus.
Dream Campus can be accessed only inside the campus.

https://www.ead.tut.ac.jp/portal/

1) To register your classes


You can register directly during the registration period.
2) To check and amend your class registration
You can check your class registration anytime and print it out.
You can also amend your registration during the registration period.
3) To check your credits
You can check your credits anytime through Dream Campus.
4) To search syllabus and other information
You can search and read a syllabus anytime.

II. Notes

*Places you can access Dream Campus


You can access Dream campus inside the campus only;
Lecture Room B-206, Information and Media Center, Center for International Relations, and
University Library
(You cannot access from International House or from Student Dormitories.)

Dream Campus is still written in Japanese only.


So please read this guide carefully and if you have any questions, please ask.

This page is available for students of Toyohashi University of Technology only.

*TUTs account and password is given by Information and Media Center during the
orientation. Please change your password after login for your security.

This is how you are registered on universitys system. If something is wrong or needs to be
amended, please come to Academic Affairs Section.

V-4 Class Registration []
For the first time you access, you will find blank schedule of yours, and you can add your classes by
clicking [] of each period and date.

When you click [], the list of classes is popped up.


*Classes of International Degree Programs are shown in English.
**To register classes from other department, an application to take subjects must be submitted.

When you add class, your new schedule is shown.

*Your registration is not yet completed.


When you add all classes you want to take, click [] to confirm your registration.

Click [] to confirm your


registration

Click [] to delete this subject

Instead of [] to add class, [] button to delete will be shown below the class you add.
When you click [], you can remove the subject from your registration.
*You can amend your registration anytime during the designated registration periods. However, we
cannot accept your request of amendment after the periods.

Intensive classes and thesis research classes


are shown on the bottom.

When you add all classes you want to take, click [] to confirm your registration.
*There are two buttons of [] to make confirmation. They are the same.

If there is no error, green and calm schedule is shown.

So scroll to the bottom and click [] to complete your registration.

If something is wrong, red warning is shown.

You need to click [] to remove the subject, or come to Academic Affairs Division to submit the
application to take classes from other department.
*If you have any enquiries, please come to Academic Affairs Division.

When the all registration is successfully done, you will see the confirmation.

and end your action

to your portal page

*Please dont forget to re-confirm your registration by checking [V-3] Check your registration and
your class schedule.

V-5 Change your password []

Change your log-in password through the web page of Information and Media Center.

V-6 Syllabus Search []

When you click of the menu list, syllabus search window is shown.
This page is also accessible from the universitys home page.

Choose your language

Select English Course

Click Retrieve to search

Search result is shown. Click [Details] for individual class window.
