Please note: CLTD Tutored Sessions are delivered in English and depends on enrolment numbers.

A minimum of 8 students must register for Tutored Sessions to proceed. NZPICS Reserves the right to cancel Courses
if minimums are not met.

8 x Tutored Overview Sessions 3 hours each. These sessions provide an overview rather than an in-depth tutored
course. Proposed dates are: TBC.

Textbooks will be ordered from supplier once the registration and order has been received.

Course material will only be sent once payment or visa details are received from individual students or a purchase
order number is received from a company. Payment can also be made by internet banking. If you wish to pay this way,
please ask for an invoice to be send to you prior to paying.

Refund Policy Course Cost Only

Students are entitled to a full refund of all costs paid except freight charged (where applicable) as long as
1. they indicate in writing their intention to withdraw from the course (or paper) to the NZPICS office on or before eight days
following the first class (regardless of whether they attended that first class) and
2. all workbooks and text books are returned to the NZPICS office in good repair no later than a further seven days from the
date of their written indication of withdrawal.
If these steps are not met, NZPICS reserves the right to limit the refund amount.

Exam Registration
There is now no exam registration deadline however students need to register for their Computer Based
Test early to secure their exam sit. There are limited exam dates and times available each exam window.
APICS Exam Credits are current for 6 months after purchase by NZPICS (Please refer to the current CLTD
Examination Procedures Bulletin available on NZPICS Website.)
