CONTROL OF PESTICIDES
Act A'" ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE LICENSING OF PESTICIDES; TO REGULATE THE IMPORT,

FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PESTICIDE FORMULARY COMMITfEE AND FOR
MATfERS CONNECTED THEREWITH OR INCIDENTAL THERETO.

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Control of Pesticides (hereinafter
