HSSE Supervisor / Administrator


December 2014 to Present

Assist HSSE country manager on a daily basis with administrative support, to include but not limited to:
setting up meetings with various individuals, departments, and or third party companies. HSSE Data
entry, preparation, reproduction and distribution of safety related memo and documents to
appropriate individuals, departments, or third party companies;
Assist HSSE country manager with preparation of pre-mobilization deliverables / HSE requirements for
subcontractors during pre-qualification process;
Ensure communication of company HSE Policy, applicable local and international legislative and
regulatory requirements, and various pertinent HSE information;
Maintain safety data log and other safety tracking systems up-to-date;
Prepare and Submit Monthly Safety Metrics Report and Quarterly Safety Statistics to RSHS Dubai which

WORK EXPERIENCE

Construction Safety Officer/Safety Admin/ Field Nurse (DAELIM-MPC PROJECT 916 man-camp)
April 2014 to August 2014
Meet and resolve any and all HSE Issues for Red Sea at site level with clients;
Monthly color coding and inspection of all Tools and equipment;
Assisted in preparation of some JSAs and Method Statements and compilation of site specific MSDS;
Arrange client site induction training prior to start of work;
Barricading all areas required and continually re-inspecting the work site for hazards while providing safety
signages and safety posters throughout the site perimeter;
Inspecting all safety harnesses and double lanyards, assist in checking rigging accessories, assist in heavy
equipment inspection and other vehicle on site;
Checking all equipment operators have completed daily check list before work starts while maintaining
accessible copies of third party inspections (TUV) for heavy equipment and operators;
Ensuring the work team is in compliance with job safety analysis and risk management put in place;
Liaise for welfare provision for all site crew for both RSHS and Subcontractors (accommodation, daily pack
lunch, provision of potable water throughout the shift, Port-O-Let, waste disposal, and daily transport from
accommodation to site) ;
Prepare and distribute necessary passes and Working Permits both for Maaden Phosphate Project - Daelim
Office Site and Maaden Aluminum Site as well as assisted in various material site deliveries during the
duration of project;
On site activities Include but are not limited to roll call, daily site safety walk, daily tool box meetings, daily and
weekly HSE reports tool inspections and continuous monitoring of all construction site activities, receives and
sends daily and weekly site and safety reports to Jubail, assisted in securing work permits from clients safety
department, participate in weekly meetings;
Provides first aid treatment to injured person suffering from minor injuries, burns, cuts, bruises and
abrasions;
Assesses & stabilizes conditions to improve vital functions of the patient utilizing good clinical
judgment which do not require physicians evaluation according to establish emergency guidelines;
Ensures proper care of casualties and establishes procedures to be followed in the event of serious
injuries such as a means of obtaining prompt medical and ambulant services.
Administers and dispenses medications as appropriate from approved list of medications and with
proper instructions on how to take it;
Identifies and plans clinical materials, supplies and equipment that are required and raises requisition
when needed while maintaining adequate level of stocks of approved supplies of medicines;
Updates the monthly emergency medical reports and prepares and maintain monthly first aid report
including man hour lost, lost time accident, medicine consumptions, medicine stocks and medicine
requisition.

Safety Induction Trainer (RSHS JUBAIL Factory Floor)

Spearheaded the conduct of full-day Induction Training Sessions and Heat Stress Management since
January 2014 with approximately 1000 plus mixed attendees (Nepali, Indian, American, British, and Filipino);
Prepared and Delivered Compressed Gas Safety Training and Working around Forklift Safety training in 4
batches with a total of 90 attendees;
Outlines HSE training presentations and other various crucial training materials (RSHS Safety Induction,
LOTO and Basic Electrical Safety, Heat Stress Management, Fire Safety Training, etc.);
Prepares annual training plan and schedule (Annual Training Matrix);
Conducts / delivers PTW support courses including but not limited to, isolation lockout and tag out, basic

Work closely and liaise with contractors document control group in all matters relating to document
control especially (Third Party Inspection Certificates (TUV), Residence Permit, Drivers License, Blood
Group Reports, Vehicle Registration & Insurance.). Assist in renewal of third party certification as
required;
Maintain and control document logs for the above mentioned document package;
Scan and store Daily Site Reports, Fire Safety Reports, and Third Party Inspection records for heavy
equipment, operators, and other equipment from various sites and made available for access;
Maintain and Control PPE distribution and inventory records, Toolbox Talk attendance submitted from
various sites, HSSE Department Meetings, and etc.;
Maintain Training records and training certificate copies as well as feedback forms and post-test from
various trainings conducted;
Receives, reviews, and maintain good reporting records for Company HSE Statistics for the entire
kingdom operation and sends Monthly Statistical Report to Main Office in Dubai. Also participated in
annual internal audit thru provision of necessary documentation needed for audits.
