Buckling Test

*_:Introduction
Leonhard Euler first derive a series of
equations that can successfully determine
the buckling behavior of columns. The
following procedure attempts to verify one of
these equations. The maximum load, the
highest load a column can support without
buckling, is correlated to the Young's
modulus, moment of inertia, length of a
beam, and method of support. The practice
of using a column buckling machine can be
very accurate with proper testing materials
.and procedure
In this experiment, we used four samples of
different dimensions, three of which are steel
and one aluminum, we measured the
durability of these samples for compression
strength exposed to the sample through the
device happens to the sample as a result of
this force buckling, and then we compare the
.difference between these samples

*_:Objective
1. Examine the buckling process
controlling parameters
2. Be familiar to Euler theory and the
mode shapes of buckling.

_:Discussion*
In this sample, we taking four samples
with different dimensions and one made
of aluminum and the rest of the iron,
from the results we note that the iron
needs to be larger than the aluminum
power even up to the case of buckling,
the dimensions of the sample used
affect the force required to get to the
buckling where it whenever thick the
largest was stronger and higher length
.reduces its strength
_:Conclusion*
In this experiment, we examined the
durability of some of the material for
the vertical forces and at any moment a
buckling event, and we measured the
expansion in length at mid-buckling of
the sample, all of this can take
advantage of it in determining the
properties of the material to determine
the most appropriate way to deal with
