Visual: Provide an overall comment on the visual impact of site:

The overall presentation of this assignment/ website was at an appropriate standard. The website
was very easy to navigate with appropriate use of tabs to separate the learning content.

Content: Overall comment on the content of the site (including the appropriateness of the writing
style of any text):

The website lacked the use of visuals (images,videos etc.) to support the piece of writing. The use
of diagrams or tables could also be helpful to create a visual learning experience. Some of the text
needs to be broken up with the use of subheadings so that it is easier to read and navigate
necessary information. The writing became difficult to read with the image on the background of
the screen. Maybe the use of a different background for the writing or different writing font style
would be helpful.

Considering a way of assessing the information for the learner could be useful. Eg. test. This could
be helpful to observe if the learner understood the information being provided. Make sure that
references and resources are listed as well as the names of both creators of the website. Be careful
with the reference of Spittle as Justen has mentioned.

Navigation: Did you come across any instances where you couldnt answer one of these
questions:
Where am I?
Where can I go?
How will I get there?
How can I get back to where I once was?
Comment:

It was very easy to navigate around the website. Great use of subheadings and tabs used. Just
ensure that the previous page tab and next page tab align with the subheadings tabs, for
navigation purposes..

Overall rating: The following rating will give some guidance as to how the resource is
progressing, please give it your due consideration. Remember that this site is not yet meant to be
complete but you can still rate it on aspects of content and design.

Comments:

The overall assignment was quite good. Attention on the visual content is needed to ensure that the
information is also delivered visually. Adjusting the layout of the written information on a different
background would be more beneficial for the reader. The writing needs to be broken up into
smaller sections so that it is easier to read and locate information instead of reading a whole
chunk of information to find the content.

The digital resource utilised informed ICT strategies to appear inviting, interactive or engaging for

1. The theoretical background piece was well structured with clear sub- 123
headings and good paragraph structure, one key idea per paragraph.
