Narrative Patrol observed the listed subject traveling on Market Street;

pass through a steady red light. During the traffic stop, patrols
detected the odor of consumed alcohol coming from the list
subject. During a search of the subject before being transported
back to the police station, patrols found a small bag of marijuana
in his pocket. While being processed the subject slammed his
head into the processing equipment and urinated on the floor of
the police department. The listed subject was issued three
Uniform Traffic Tickets and three Appearance Tickets.
