Installing a faculty printer
Configure the FollowMe printers on Windows

Before you begin

The following instructions are supported by TU Delft and have been tested to be working. We are offering this manual
to you as an extra service. In the event you have a different configuration or version of the OS to the one described
here and you have problems connecting, we advise you to contact your nearest Service Desk, Student IT Desk (SID)
or Workstation services (WPS).

Prerequisites
In order to connect to the printer servers, make sure that you are connected to the TU Delft Network
(wired or wireless)

Installing direct printing service

Step 1. Hold down the Windows key ( ) and press R
on your keyboard. Alternatively, click on the Start Icon
and type Run. The Run window will appear.
Step 2. In the Run Window type one of the printservers
that applies to your faculty:
IO \\srv659.tudelft.net\FollowMe-IO
3mE \\srv660.tudelft.net\FollowMe-3ME
BK \\srv661.tudelft.net\FollowMe-BK
CiTG \\srv663.tudelft.net\FollowMe-CiTG
EWI \\srv659.tudelft.net\FollowMe-EWI
LR \\srv660.tudelft.net\FollowMe-LR
TBM \\srv661.tudelft.net\FollowMe-TBM
TNW \\srv662.tudelft.net\FollowMe-TNW
LIB / UD \\srv663.tudelft.net\FollowMe-UD

Step 3. Type your NetID@tudelft.net and your NetID
Password. Afterwards check the Remember my
credentials box. Afterwards click OK.
Step 4. The following window will appear. ! It may take a
couple of seconds please be patient.
If it is the first time that you install a FollowMe printer
than the installation process may take up to 2-3
minutes. When the process is complete the printer
queue will appear. You can close this windows. The
printer is now installed.
