Room Hire Charges 2017

For fund-raising events a room hire charge is payable where the SSCC is not a ben-
eficiary, even if the Church is.
Regular bookings may attract a discount. Please enquire at the time of booking.

*Bookings are made on the understanding that the premises are vacated by the end of the booking period. If set up and break down
times are required these should be added on at the time of booking.

** Bookings for the Parish Room or Main Hall include the use of the kitchen for the preparation of light refreshments. This use does
not constitute Exclusive use of the kitchen as we only have one kitchen and other clients may wish to use it as well.

Cancellation Fees 2017


Cancellation by the Hirer within 28 days of the event will incur a charge on a sliding scale depend-
ing upon the notice given and our ability to re-let the Space.

Hire of Crockery, Cutlery & Glasses 2017


The crockery, cutlery and glasses are available for external hire at the following rates.
