NEW CORPORATE EMPLOYEE REGISTRATION PROCESS:

STEP : 01

Go to on www.mdindiaonline.com . And click on MY ACCOUNT option. [Refer: Screenshot: 01]

Here you can view the all Login panels of MDIndia. From that select the CORPORATE EMPLOYEE

STEP : 03

You will see the below Page. [Refer: Screenshot: 03]

a. Here, you can see the three Links.
i. Login through your existing Corporate Employee Login:
To Login through your existing login details you have to just provide your
Employee ID/ MDID and password. [Refer: Screenshot: 04]
ii. New User: Register as New User
[Refer: Screenshot: 05]
iii. Forgot Password: If you Forgotten your Password.
[Refer: Screenshot: 06]
iv. Reset Password: If you want to Reset your Password.

First select the Company [i.e. the Name of CORPORATE] and enter the EMPLOYEE ID.
Here MDID is automatically generated, after providing the above details.
The EMAIL is for just forwarding your login details on your email address.
And finally provide the PASSWORD. The password and CONFIRM PASSWORD must be same.
Once you register with the proper details, [Refer: Screenshot: 03] to Login.

To reset Password, user must login first using his/her User Name and Current Password as
described in SCREENSHOT: 04. [Follow first three steps].
Then click on CHANGE PASSWORD menu. This will open a page as given in SCREENSHOT: 07.
Enter User Name, Old Password (Current password), New Password and Confirm Password. New
Password and Confirm Password must be same.
Then click on Change button. This process will reset users password.
Log out from current window and Log In with new password.

POLICY OWNER LOGIN:

This is an Individual login; here user can view his/her policy details/ processed claims details /
dependant details /ecards. To login through this account you must know your POLICY NUMBER /
MDID NUMBER.

CORPORATE LOGIN:
This is a corporate login; here user can view all the corporate employees policy details/ processed
claims details / dependant details /ecards. To login through this account you must know your
USERNAME / PASWORD.

STEP : 01

This is a Provider login; here user can view all the assigned corporate policy details/ processed claims
details / dependant details /ecards. To login through this account you must know your PROVIDER
CODE.

details / dependant details /ecards. To login through this account you must know your PROVIDER
CODE.
