Learning Standard: 1.1.4 Able to talk about stimulus with guidance. 1.2.1(b) Able to participate in daily conversations: talk about oneself 1.3.1(a) Able to listen to and demonstrate understanding of oral texts by answering simple Wh-Questions. 1.3.1(b) Able to listen and demonstrate understanding of oral texts by giving True / False replies. Learning Outcomes: By the end of this lesson, pupils will be able to:- (i) Identify sounds of vehicles and name them, sound alike (ii) Listen to an oral text and answer oral Wh-questions (iii) Identify and name the modes of transportation that they see during a imaginary virtual tour (iv) Identify the pictures of transportation and name them accordingly (v) Talk about stimulies (vi) Able to recognize the facts and answer oral questions by True/False replies. (vii) Enjoy and appreciate action song through perfomance

Introduction : Pupils sing Action Song after teacher

Step 1: Teacher put up a multimedia presentation;
pupils identify the sounds and name them. Pupils mimic the sounds. Step 2: Pupils make the sounds of the picture shown Step 3: Language Game- Pupils participate in fun game. Lets Take a Ride Around the World (Imaginary Virtual Tour) Teacher takes the pupils around the country in an imaginary trip.
Step 4: Teacher points out the locations and urge the
pupils to list down sighted vehicles; ex car, bus, taxi etc during the trip.
Step 5 : Summing up -Teacher list down the mode of transportations on the white board.
Step 6 : Independent work
Task 1 (Magic Bag): Choose a realia from magic bag and name it. Task 2 (Guessing Game) : A pupil from each group will pick a picture from a box ; without the showing the pictures to other members he/she give out clues so the rest will guess the mystery vehicle. Step 7:-Teacher shows pictures of vehicles - pupils name them - teacher reveals the word card - teacher checks on pupils pronunciation
Step 8: I-think Map (triple bubble map) :
