ELIGIBILITY TO STUDY
(CHILDREN UNDER AGE OF 18)

PLEASE ARRANGE ALL THE DOCUMENTS AS FOLLOWS:

1. School offer letter from IPTA/IPTS/Government School / Private School

2. Official employment letter containing position held

with the prove of:-
i. Identity card and employment prove (EPF
statement, working visa, etc) or ;
ii. Copy of company representative card/ consultant
representative card
3. Application letter from employer.

4. Passport copy of Trade Official (biodata page and latest pas).

5. Original passport and dependant copy (biodata page and latest pas).

6. " Student Personal Data " form.

* All documents must be certified by Executive Level Official or higher.

* Employer / Trade official require to enclose additional related documents if requested by
Immigration Official.
* Only completed forms will be accepted and process.
