Symptom

The RG 3726/2015 established a new procedure to inform the withholding

tax (WT) certificates of the Social Security System (SUSS): The company
calculates the SUSS WT and registers this data in the SIRE system
(available in the AFIP site with fiscal key). SIRE generates the WT
certificates and automatically on-line registers it in the system of
settlement of SUSS of the company and the vendor.

The entry of the WT data in SIRE can be done through of a batch file (por
lote): this file includes the WT created for one or several payments of the
one or several days.

The J_1AF026 report creates the batch file to allow a massive entry of
withholding taxes in SIRE since SAP.

Finally, AFIP informed that all the WT currently informed in SICORE will
be included in SIRE in the future.
