CLASIFICACION DE LOS HOSPITALES

Niveles de atencin.-
Conjunto de Establecimientos de Salud con complejidad necesaria para
resolver con eficacia y eficiencia necesidades de salud de diferente magnitud y
severidad.
Constituye una de Ias formas de Organizacin de los Servicios de Salud, en Ia
cual se relacionan con Ia magnitud y severidad de Ias necesidades de salud de
Ia poblacin.
Levels of attention.-
Set of Health Establishments with complexity necessary to solve effectively and
efficiently health needs of different magnitude and severity.
It is one of the forms of Organization of Health Services, in which they relate to
the magnitude and severity of the health needs of the population.
Hospitales de I Nivel de Atencin (Baja Complejidad)
Son aquellos donde se llevan a cabo actividades de promocin y prevencin,
prestacin, de actividades del Plan Local de Salud, consultas de medicina
general, odontologa general, laboratorio clnico e imagenologa de baja
complejidad, hospitalizacin, atencin de urgencias y de partos de baja
complejidad.
Hospitals of I Level of Attention (Low Complexity)
They are those where activities of promotion and prevention, delivery, activities
of the Local Health Plan, consultations of general medicine, general dentistry,
clinical laboratory and low complexity imaging, hospitalization, emergency care
and low complexity deliveries are carried out.
Hospitales de Il Nivel de Atencin (Complejidad Media)
Son aquellos donde se realiza consulta mdica, hospitalizacin y atencin de
urgencias de especialidades bsicas (ginecoobstetricia, pediatra, medicina
interna, ortopedia, ciruga); atencin de partos, y cesreas de media
complejidad, atencin odontolgica general y especializada, consultas de
nutricin, psicologa, optometra, y terapias de apoyo para rehabilitacin
funcional.
Hospitals of Il Level of Attention (Middle Complexity)
They are those where medical consultation, hospitalization and emergency care
of basic specialties (obstetrics, pediatrics, internal medicine, orthopedics,
surgery); Care of deliveries, and cesareans of medium complexity, general and
specialized dental care, nutrition consultations, psychology, optometry, and
supportive therapies for functional rehabilitation.
Hospitales de Ill Nivel de Atencin (Complejidad Alta)
Son aquellos que brindad atencin mdica a Ias actividades encaminadas a
restaurar Ia salud y rehabilitar a usuarios referidos por los otros niveles (I y Il
nivel), que presentan padecimientos de alta complejidad diagnostica y de
tratamiento, a travs de una o varias especialidades mdicas, quirrgicas o
mdico - quirrgicas.
Hospitals of Ill Level of Attention (High Complexity)
They are those who provide medical attention to activities aimed at restoring
health and rehabilitating users referred by the other levels (I and Il level), who
suffer from conditions of high diagnostic complexity and treatment, through
one or more medical specialties, Surgical or medical - surgical.
Hospitales de IV Nivel de Atencin (Complejidad Alta)
Son centros de atencin en salud infraestructura personal capaz de brindar
atenciones complejas a Ia poblacin. Presta servicios medico quirrgicos en
hospitalizacin a Ias personas afectadas de patologa compleja que requiere
cuidados especializados sofisticados.
Puede comprender especialistas como hemato - onclogos, radilogos
intervencionistas, equipo de trasplantes, cirujanos cardiovasculares, pediatras
endocrinos, neuro - pediatras.
Hospitals IV Level of Attention (High Complexity)
They are centers of attention in health personal infrastructure capable of
providing complex attention to the population. Provides surgical medical
services in hospitalization to people affected by complex pathology requiring
sophisticated specialized care.
It may include specialists such as hemato - oncologists, interventional
radiologists, transplant team, cardiovascular surgeons, endocrine pediatricians,
neuro - pediatricians.
